WiFi, fridge, microwave, Nespresso and TV in the main room. Whilst there is no lounge the main bedroom has plenty of room to gather plus all rooms open on to a common area. Wren Cottage is a charming, cosy 2 bedroom cottage. Set down a private track with free parking it is far enough away to be quiet but also only a 7 minute walk (0.3miles) into town. Wren Cottage is suitable for sunny days exploring the area and with its superb log burner cosy nights in. There is a local pub only a few minutes walk which also serves food. Please note the parking space/gravel track will need to be reversed out off but there is normally parking on the hill behind the cottage.

Hound Tor Annexe, everything you need in one place

our annex is attached to our family home, you will have your own entrance and have full use of a private garden which is a real sun trap. There is one parking space for guests use, the property has CCTV for security. We do have our own dog’s which you may hear on occasions please bear this in mind when booking, our neighbours recently acquired 2 dachshunds that can be yappy sometimes. We are in an excellent location to visit beaches, and the local zoo, local eatery’s, Brixham Harbour, Dartmouth

The Pitstop is a charming small studio room and newly converted garage, situated in the area of Broadsands and only a stone's throw from our coastline and beaches. We live on a lovely and quiet road. The room is fully equipped with a small kitchenette, bathroom, double bed, sofa, TV, WIFI and small secluded patio area. There is a separate entrance for our guests to make it as private as possible. Whilst not a big apartment, The Pitstop boasts everything you need for a short stay in the bay.

This two bedroom maisonette is situated on the first floor accessed by steps (approximately ten) and is just a short walk from Brixham's quaint town centre and picturesque harbour.
