This two bedroom maisonette is situated on the first floor accessed by steps (approximately ten) and is just a short walk from Brixham's quaint town centre and picturesque harbour. There are two bedrooms, a sitting room with open gas fire (looks like a real fire!) and dining table, and a television snug. There is a jacuzzi bath and the kitchen is spacious and well kitted out. Brixham is a very family friendly town with many attractions for the whole family. Lilac Cottage is a pretty, newly refurbished, but still traditional, fishermans cottage situated on a pedestrian hill in the old part of Brixham - safe for kids and dogs - just 2 or 3 minutes walk from the town and harbour. There are 2 double bedrooms, ensuite bathroom and separate shower room, sitting room, kitchen, dining room and garden with BBQ and decking with lovely views over the marina towards Tourquay.

Family Tides Brixham

Welcome to our holiday home, situated in the heart of Brixham. The cottage is a grade 2 fisherman's cottage located on the historic Temperance Steps. We are a few minutes walk from the working harbour and town. The three story cottage sleeps up to 4 people, with a double bed on the 1st floor with en-suite. The 2nd floor bedroom includes two single beds which can be zipped to make a king sized bed. We are dog friendly, if your dog is like our Cockerpoo and likes a swim then bring them along!

The local beach next to the Breakwater with its award winning Bistro is a 10 minute walk around the harbour. Other local beaches include the sandy Broadsands which is a 15 minute drive away, Goodrington with its waterpark or the wild unspoilt St Marys beach which is a 30 minute walk around the Coast Path.

The 'wow' feature of the house is the patio doors in the lounge, which open onto a south facing sun deck. Fully enclosed rear yard, pet safe. Upstairs bathroom, with walk-in shower, no bath. Downstairs toilet with shaver point. Off road parking for 2 cars. Bus stop to town 25 metres away.
