Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Brianza

If you've ever dreamed of staying in a gorgeous villa, nestled high in the mountains, with incredible views of Lake Como then Villa Nina is the place for you. Claudio and Maria are incredibly kind and responsive to all inquiries - they made us feel right at home. The benefit of being further from the hustle and bustle of Varenna (approx 6-8 min drive) is that you can experience a truly local experience. I opened my window each morning to incredible views with sounds of the beautiful stream nearby. Some of the amenities (veranda, pool) are shared but this was not an issue for our family. We were able to enjoy everything on the property. The villa itself is well-appointed with everything you need for your stay. We traveled as a family of four (2 adults, 1 teenager, 1 older child) and everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. We look forward to our next stay at Villa Nina!

Wow! What a beautiful flat. Nicoletta was very responsive! She was by far one of the best host on Airbnb. The place was beautiful!! Clean and very spacious! More spacious than the picture showed!! THE VIEW! While it’s got a smaller view than most would want of como it still was amazing and very lovely to sit on the balcony and drink a glass of wine at night or eat a croissant and drink an espresso in the morning. Nicoletta was very responsive in so many ways. She fixed the one issue we had instantly without a fuss. That alone I wanna give her 10/5! She had recommendations on the spot for everything. She replied very fast and it was so nice. We are already want to come back!!

Beautiful place and stunning view! Very private and the pool and surroundings were such an added bonus. The one thing we wish we did was rent a car because only a few restaurants are nearby and you have to walk on the main highway. But it was a wonderful stay and Vicky was great at communication!

This apartment has the most beautiful views from the balcony and living room. We very much enjoyed our morning coffee in the balcony and the weather was perfect - not too hot which made sitting in the sun a delight. On a hot day, a shade in the balcony would be perfect. The location is perfect as it's right next to the ferry terminal. The roadside can be a little noisy but after a while it became white noise as you take in the breathtaking view. We rented a vespa and found it very easy to move around whether by taking the ferry to Bellagio on the other side or to Menaggio, 10mins down the road. We also had a dedicated parking spot which was perfect. Irina was very responsive and helpful. We absolutely loved the bottle of sparkling wine that she left us on arrival. Very nice touch. It truly is idyllic and we would love to return one day. Lake Como is a magical place.

Villa Cardona was a pleasure to visit. The Villa is modern, well appointed, and has beautiful views. Peter was a friendly and informative host.

We stayed seven nights and wish we could have stayed longer. We loved the location: it was a nice walk through one of the nicest villages on the lake to the ferry station. And, there are two bus lines that are super convenient (one just outside (#25) and one just a few minutes walk (#10)) making the entire lake accessable until late. The views from the unit are unbeatable! Waking up and going to bed looking at the lake was breathtaking. And it was so quiet. The unit had everything we needed for the one week stay and the bed was very comfortable. There is a little Lido/Beach up the street and a very nice beach club one ferry stop across the lake at Faggeto Lario. We hope to come back one day.

what a wonderful location! The apartment had everything we needed. Very close to eateries and markets. Wonderful location close to the lake and ferries. Patrizia was very warm and welcoming as our host. Communication was very good. Should we decide to come to Lake Como again we would definitely stay with Patrizia!

Ciao Daniela, what a dream it was to stay at your place! I already can't wait to come back. The room was fabulously decorated, more spacious than the pictures. super clean and well-though out space. Felt super private but in the warmth of someone else's environment. The setting on your farm is unbelievable beautiful. The chickens, cats and dogs - all added to the experience. What a beautiful and serene place - like something out of a fairy tale. This is what AIR BNB used to be about, staying with a host (who is welcoming and proactive like yourself) and you have a real authentic experience of staying in someone's home. You even invited me to pick berries from your farm. Thank you so much for everything. This was not just a stay - this is an experience!

Had a great stay at Olga's place, views and garden are spectacular and the house as listed so perfect for either a short or long stay. Olga was great at communicating. Steps down to the property are steep but doable with care. Unfortunately the weather wasn't great whilst we were there but under cover outside seating area and table helped with this. Would recommend 👍

This place was beautiful! Lake access and had everything we needed. Carmen was a wonderful host and I hope we are able to return in the future!

The house has a fantastic location between the vineyards of Brissago. The architecture, the interior and the rooms are very beautiful and we liked them very much - we love puristic design. Many details in the house and around it make the house very special. When you sit on the terrace in the evening, grill, the crickets chirp and you look at the lake with a glass of wine - then this atmosphere is something unique - which you cannot buy. Eva - the house fairy - is super friendly and helpful and gave us many tips. Mille Grazie for the lovely stay at Casa Largo. We will be happy to come back!

A very nice, clean house close to the lake. Big rooms and a big terrace. There is also a lot of space to park the car in front of the house. We had a very nice stay. Thank you.

Gorgeous views and finishes in the home. The outside landscaping and pool area was very pretty as well.

The view of lake Lugano from the balcony is very amazing. AC is also very helpful during our stay in extreme heat. I changed my previously planned Airbnb to it due to the heat we will encounter. Great place.

Brilliant place to stay. Incredibly beautiful surrounds and close to a wonderful lido for swimming. Fabulous walk into the city centre. The apartment was perfect for our stay and Bernhard was wonderful and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Very good situation. Easy to find. Clear instructions. Amazing view, just for that the price worth it. Center is not far, more or less 15 minutes walk. Parking available. Fridge with various products for our attention. Very kind. I recommend the place.

This apartment was once their home and you can feel that when you arrive - it’s not just another apartment, it’s a home. It was perfect for our family of five. We had a wonderful stay! The condo is beautiful and the view was stunning! We loved sitting on the balcony each night. We also appreciated having a dryer. This space was very nice and accommodating. The location was very convenient to the train station, but it was further away than we realized from the coast. We wished it had been a touch closer to the main coastline. Overall we had a wonderful stay!

Cécile is a lovely house and the apartment is beautiful and comfortable. She met me at the train station and drove me to the place and showed me around and answered all my questions. She left some snacks in the apartment as well. She responds quickly to questions and is very friendly. The apartment is beautiful with a nice balcony with a spectacular view. I highly recommend staying here if you come to Lugano.

Amazing place for those who value slow life, executive design and attention to the details. Great area with dozens of fine bars and restaurants. Home equipped with all necessary facilities. Highly recommend and already thinking of coming back!
