We had a wonderful holiday here. The village is picturesquely located in the mountains, where you can hike in many directions from the house in the plant-rich nature. Unfortunately, however, you need the car for the nearest villages on the lake – also to the beach in Cannero or for shopping. Cycling is almost not possible From the (cool) balcony you look directly at the lake. The kitchen is😊 also well equipped; however, we have brought a few things (e.g. cutting boards) ourselves. Elena is a warm host who even invited us to her home and with whom you can arrange everything easily. (We have always communicated in Italian.😉) Also the neighbors are great and very helpful; they gave us vegetables from their garden... It is recommended to pack earropax and something againstbeaks (sting) that are extremely active around the lake in summer... The sliding doors are very audible and squeak partly. 😉 Otherwise, we loved it. The brochures and the like on site are also helpful for excursions and the like in the region.

Raffaella has been very kind and available for me before and during my stay. The little house in the garden is lovely, the furnitures and objects are very nice and give a special charm to the interior. It’s a cosy place with everything one needs even for long stays. The environment is very private and calm, you can park your car just in front of the house. Thank you to Raffaella for welcoming me, i recommend this place!

Grazia is a smiling and available host (very responsive to help me with a phone problem). The apartment is impeccable and as described: I was looking for a accommodation on the ground floor and with a large shower for a person with reduced mobility (not in a wheelchair). I recommend, Evelyne

The little alleys of Ghiffa, overlooking Lake Maggiore, are already charming in themselves but we were also lucky enough to be able to access Michela's garden and it's a truly extraordinary place, with a view to delighting the heart. Otherwise, everything is clean and bright in the accommodation itself, which is therefore located below this garden and Michela's home and overlooks the alley. The whole area is interesting and the host will give you some great tips.

Very nice apartment, kitchen is well equipped, living area cozy and the beds are good. The only thing is that you can hear the street.

We (couple) are repeat offenders and always happy to be at Casa Roselli. We arrive and feel at home. Monika is an incredibly nice hostess. The amenities in the house are exceptionally good and commendable and everything is always taken care of in and around the house. The pool and garden are also great. All in all, an extraordinary spot on earth and a small island of bliss! Thanks for the nice vacation.

The Verdi room was Fabolous! Great place to stay the last evening in Milan area. Now we take the train to Malpensa, only a 7 minutes ride!! A unique place with a lot of comfort, like the 2 persons hammock in the garden! We slept so good on the matrass, we enjoyed the shower and used the comfort of our own kitchenette.

Anna & Fabio are a great hosts and staying at their place always feel like home. They are friendly and helpful. Always willing to give some tips and advice but mostly for me our conversations over a cup of coffee makes my stay more meaningful. Looking forward to the next time.

We loved it. The house is very cool and tastefully designed. The area is quiet and has beautiful views. We were able to enjoy the pool and even had a barbecue on the veranda. Angela was very friendly and helpful. He gave us tips on restaurants and places to visit. We hope to come again :)

Anna and Fabio are the most incredibly warm and welcoming hosts and have a beautiful place. Anna went out of her way to assist us on our trip, sending us helpful messages from well before we arrived and then meeting us at the station to ensure we could find her place after our long flight. She had great restaurant recommendations and even shared a coffee with us over breakfast so we could chat (she has some amazing stories to share!). After coffee she took us to the train station and helped us to buy our tickets to ensure we arrived safely at our next destination. The room was immaculate and we slept so well in the comfy bed. The shower was powerful and clean (perfect for washing away 21 hours of air travel!). The courtyard garden was so quaint with vines creeping over the walls and pots of flowering plants throughout. Every detail was perfect and this is quite simply the best place to stay if you’re flying into Milan. I’m already recommending their place to my family and friends!

We stayed at Anna’s for one night before an early flight out of Malpensa. The location was unbeatable, 10min train from airport and a short walk to the train station. The space was very clean and modern. Anna was very friendly and thoughtful, even bringing croissants early in the morning. Following Anna’s recommendations we had a delicious dinner and enjoyed exploring the town :) Grazie Anna!

Rene's place met our wishes. We had a very great & quiet time. The accommodation is super suitable for getting away from all the noise & stress of the city. We were really able to relax very much and the ambiance was excellent. Rene is a great host with thoughts on guests. All in all really highly recommended and we will certainly visit this accommodation in this quiet area more often.

A spectacular little cottage in the mountains, Leo was amazingly friendly and greeted us by the local restaurant with a glass of regional wine! Bring groceries- it is well-equipped with everything one might need for a humble mountain existence, but the last supermarket is a good 45 mins drive away. Loved the view, the remoteness and the genuine warmth with which we were welcomed to Tessin. Keep an eye out for the cycling trophies adorning the low exposed timber beamed ceilings - they belong to Leo's glory days!

We would highly recommend this place! The accommodation is very beautiful, everything is new and perfectly clean. The place is quiet and pleasant, ideal for relaxing. A big thank you to Aneta, who was extremely kind and always available to meet our needs. She really took care of us throughout the entire stay. We recommend this place without hesitation!

We had a lovely time in the small apartment. Irina and her son are very nice people and communication was always quick and friendly. The view from the balcony to the lake was great! We sat here every night. We had breakfast in the beautiful garden. We were provided with an extra baby cot for our baby. Everything is newly made (bathroom, amenities, etc.). Even though it's a bit up the mountain, we were able to explore everything on foot and didn't even move the car. A single small flaw (if it bothers): there is nothing to darken the room. So it's very bright very early.

We were two adults and 3 small children, spending a long weekend in the Tiny House. The location is just perfect, a secluded little heaven with a beautiful garden. Our children loved the outside space, the dogs and the horses. The house was comfortable. Chiara was very friendly and responsive to our requests. We enjoyed our stay and would come back any time :)

The room was quite large and had a large desk for working. Would be great for remote work. The porch was amazing and I was able to enjoy breakfast and dinner on it at the table. The kitchen had everything you need. The neighborhood is lovely, so nice for walking. I had no problem taking the bus and train to get to Bellinzona and Locarno. The piazza is very relaxing and has a beautiful park and restaurants. Giovanna herself is a wonderful host. I felt right at home. This is a great place to relax or work. I highly recommend Giovanna's place.

We stayed here for a few days before Easter, in the best weather and already warm temperatures. To find the place, all you have to do is follow the Chiara's instructions, then it's no problem. If you don't feel comfortable with the car on narrow paths, you have to expect about 400-500 m walk, but they are worth it. The apartment itself kept everything it had promised. Our highlights: - Balconies where you could hike with the sun. (One in the east, one in the west to the lake.) - Quiet location. - simple but well equipped kitchen. - Super dear landlords You get a list of shopping and restaurant recommendations. We couldn't try it all, but the one we tried was great. In Pettenasco on the main road opposite the gas station (very cheap when we were there) there is still a nice cafe/bar, which we can also recommend. The garden shop in the south is also worth a visit. We will be happy to come back :-)

Had a great stay at Cleto's! The place is extremely nice, we always had our meals in the garden. Everything is very easily accessible by car, and Cleto was super helpful and nice. Glad to come back!

Although it was a last-minute booking, I was very happy that I chose Anna's Notte di Note! The place was impeccable! The brand-new facilities for the kitchenette and bathroom in particular felt no less than luxury! What I most enjoyed and am happy about was the thorough cleanliness. Anna and Fabio have high standards as hosts which I really appreciated. They are both very kind and friendly. They gave clear instructions and helpful information and made our short stay very pleasant and smooth.
