Beautiful 3 floors house located in a beautiful location at the end of the magic Valle Calanca. There are 2 fireplaces (one indoor + one outdoor) and a BBQ as part of a nice garden. Peaceful environment, one can only listen to the flow of the river and the singing birds. Nice view on four waterfalls falling from a big mountain.

Everything was super nice and Guilio was more than friendly. The apartment was very lovingly furnished and for us as guests there was a fresh bouquet of flowers, a welcome champagne and delicious wild strawberries in the garden.

This is a gorgeous place to stay, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Annamaria met us during check-in, showed us around, and gave us several recommendations of things to do and eat. This conversation was an unexpected highlight of my trip. Although she isn't an English speaker and my Italian is poor at best, Annamaria did an exceptional job communicating to essentials to us (with plenty of pantomiming), and I felt like I was getting a free immersion experience. The glacier is humble as far as glaciers go, but is visible from the porch, and the hike to it is lovely. Surrounding towns were great. A couple of things to note: First, we were a bit apprehensive about staying in a place with no AC in the summer, but the downstairs is built into a hillside and stayed quite cool. The upstairs did heat up a bit during the day, and could use fans, but was by no means uncomfortable. Also, there's a musty odor downstairs which I enjoyed but which might concern folks who are sensitive to mold.

This place is so peaceful and secluded from the traffic and noises of the outside world yet only a short distance away from good local restaurants and other towns. A few minute walk through the woods and we saw the waterfall and its river, sadly the water was still too cold, but we went in with our feet anyway since it looked so refreshing, which it was. We booked this place the night before actually going there as it was a very spontaneous trip and even got a confirmation right away, very grateful to have had the chance to stay there. Thank you!

I had a great time at Valter and Lella's house, Valter welcomed us with care and was always available to meet us and give us all the necessary house information. The house was clean, surrounded by greenery and very quiet. I would like to point out that there is a children's playground nearby, my 7-month-old daughter appreciated:) Valter also offers a high chair and a lounger, it's a baby friendly place. Nothing was missing in the house, there was a lot of space. In a central point compared to many nice walks to do in the surroundings. More than positive experience: ) If possible we will come back:)

Lovely rustic surrounded by lots of nature. A quiet and reasonably secluded place, great for a quiet time away from living in a city/town. The host was very kind and always helpful. The place was clean and spotless, well equipped with everything you’d need (to wash clothes, cook food etc), lovely big balcony to relax at, barbecue grill (with all bbq equipment you’d need provided!). In general, quite a spacious rustic with a relaxing atmosphere. If you planning on exploring the area, there are hiking routes, but if you wish you venture further out within the alps a rental/car is ideal to help you get to the beginning of hiking routes that are further away. Overall - great place, great location and amazing host!

We stayed two nights. 2 adults, 2 children. The house is really fantastic. Incredible views, great climate, we felt comfortable immediately! The driveway to the house didn't work with our car (Passat) because it is low, so we carried the suitcases up about 50 meters. Next time, we'll plan less luggage in advance. Otherwise really great, very nice contact, very reliable, terrific! We would come back!

Wow! What a place! This property is really special. It’s a very classy, contemporary and spacious property set in beautiful Italian surroundings overlooking the most breathtaking views. We hired this place for our skiing trip and we had the most amazing time here. We go skiing every year and it’s sometimes hard to find a spacious place BUT this is very spacious - the photos do not do it justice! With such a well equipped kitchen and a huge dinning room table (you could sit maybe up to 10 people around it!) we loved cooking, eating and chilling here. This property also has a couple of pieces of luxury with the jacuzzi bath and steam room shower which is amazing after a day skiing. It’s set in a lovely place called Motta which has a couple of nice restaurants and bars and you have a small walk to the ski lifts which gives you access to beautiful alpine runs into Madesimo. Diego was an amazing host. He answered all our queries and was very helpful. We would love to go back again!

Wonderfully tastefully furnished apartment in Engadine house - quiet location ideally located for cross-country skiing :)

The flat is perfectly located for the cable car and the garage access is a fantastic plus as well as the ski room for the equipment A good size , comfortable beds and very quiet

The stay was just perfect! The house was exactly as described, clean, cozy and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location was great, close to all ski activities and the atmosphere really pleasant. The host was extremely helpful and attentive, providing us with all the useful information and making check-in and check-out quick and easy. We really enjoyed the tranquility, special attention received I would definitely recommend this home to anyone who wants to have a comfortable and carefree stay. I hope to be back soon!

Accommodation in the center, a stone's throw from the slopes. Recently renovated and very pleasant, complete with everything you need for your stay. Easy communication and very responsive host.

One of the best experiences. The house is really wonderful. Finely renovated, with great care for elements and materials. Very spacious kitchen, ideal meeting place also for pre/post dinner and definitely well supplied with appliances and utensils (even Sanelli knives, like ours). We stayed for 3 days of skiing, so we didn't take advantage of the garden, but it turns out to be a fantastic outdoor space for the summer. Access to the ground floor is very convenient for leaving jackets, shoes and helmets. The bathrooms are comfortable and functional, with comfortable and spacious showers, especially for those like us who have children to shower at the end of the day. Antonio is a thoughtful, helpful, very attentive and extremely responsive Host. Convenient and clear self check-in access, with a nice video guide with which it is impossible not to find the access, in the pedestrian area. From the house we walked to the Snow Eagle, with a 10-minute walk, leaving the equipment at the slopes. To be repeated!!!

The apartment is excellent! Very spacious, with all the utilities available. Very comfortable and in a great location especially for those who want to ski in Piani de Bobbio. Few steps from the shuttle to the station. We had a great stay and we wanted to extend our vacation but it was a shame that the apartment was already occupied. Extremely responsive host. Recommend!!!

Baita Ca Maria is located in the middle of nature on a mountain. Direct view of the lake around the corner. Accommodation is very lovingly furnished. Details make the little cabin a home away from home. There are opportunities to sit outside. The cabin is a short walk away.

The cottage is really adorable and Sarah is a great host. The staircase to the pointed gable is not for children and disabled people. The Swedish stove in the living room is great. The kitchen utensils are a bit outdated but are available for 2 people.

It was a dreamlike experience - truly a place I could only dream about. Absolutely private, silent, and secluded - we spent New Year's Eve there and didn’t see a single person around. The views, the silence, the mountains - everything was perfect. The hosts, Joe and Kya, were amazing. Super friendly, helpful, and responsive. They even helped carry our belongings up the mountain before check-in and back to the car on the morning of January 1st (!). Such kind people! I cannot fail to mention the heartwarming welcome pack with food, sweets, wine, and even treats for our dog, which made us feel so welcome. Even though we visited early in the season, we had so much fun sledding, hiking (with our dog everywhere), relaxing in the cozy house, and enjoying the sauna - followed by jumping into the snow afterward. So you have a lot to do :) Highly recommend it to anyone looking to escape the hustle and truly enjoy the mountains!

having to keep the 2 fires burning to heat the hous is fun :) it is cosy. the bathrooms are good, excellent shower. the Village is pittoresque, small bakkery and grocery store on walking distance. I can reccomend

Beautiful, lovingly decorated, small cabin high up in the mountains. We had a wonderful time hiking and climbing with our young children. It is very quiet on the Alp when the chairlift no longer runs in the evening. Aldo was very friendly and helpful. Even when it came to organizing luggage transportation. Great to really drive down. Thanks, Aldo!

Beautiful cabin in a quiet area, equipped with everything you need, recently renovated also with a view to energy efficiency. Thoughtful and cozy, all made of wood inside. Downstairs rooms make life easy if you have children. It's just a shame that walking is a little too long, but it's 3 minutes by car. Recommended!
