Monthly Rentals in Breckenridge

Very clean! Completely as described. We were a little warm at night because of no A/C in June but opening the window worked out just fine. (If you’re used to A/C this might throw you a bit.) Fantastic location to downtown Breck and plenty of outdoor adventures. Host was super communicative and the stay was smooth.

The location was PERFECT. It was a short walk to everything - shops and restaurants, and the grocery store was super nearby as well. The place had everything we needed and it was very comfortable. We took major hikes every day we stayed and absolutely fell into bed when we got back. It was just perfect. We’d stayed there again.

Miner’s Launchpad was an ideal base for our long weekend ski trip to Breckenridge. Very clean, comfortable, and well stocked for 3 adults. We didn’t have a vehicle and really appreciated being right on the Breckenridge Gold shuttle route (with frequent town and slope departures). Peak 8 is within walking distance if you’re not in ski boots. Dan and Jenn’s instructions were very helpful and they were very responsive. Will gladly stay again on our next trip.

Gina was great to deal with. she was very responsive and made sure everything was taken care of for us. The condo is located right off Main St which makes it very walkable to shopping and restaurants. The free bus stop is located right in front of the property as well. Overall we were very happy with our stay.
