The garden studio is at the ground level of the house, it's surrounded by mature trees and lush plants. Located a few minutes walk to a public wharf with ferries to Woy Woy, local cafe and general store; a few minutes drive to the beautiful Bouddi coastal walk, restaurants and shops. You will enjoy your private space with a separate entrance. Friendly chickens and cat might pay you a visit. Feel free to play the piano or borrow our bikes during your stay. Not suitable for children under 12.

Bushwalking and water fun

My place is close to great views,beach and bay. The guest accommodation is on the lower floor of our home and is a self contained spacious and seperate living area. We overlook Hardys Bay which is within 300 meters and offers excellent coffee shops,restaurants and general store,bottle shop. Bouddi national park is a few hundred meters away and offers extensive bushwalking tracks,secluded beaches and excellent views.

Really beautiful property and location. We loved this little nook of the central coast! We loved listening to the nature sounds throughout the day. Really kind host and very responsive and the cottage was extremely clean with comfy beds! We had a great stay doing a little bit of exploring but mainly having nice quality time at home with family. Perfect place to stay for a fall weekend. We arrived at Friday night and found everything as described. Saturday we went to one of the nice cafes and then to Bouddi National Park. In the afternoon I took a trip around the lake in one of the kayaks. That was pretty amazing. The trip was great and the place is very nice for a weekend with friends. Thanks Stephen!

Nerm's place is in a great location very close to Woy Woy waterfront, 5 min walk to shops and restaurants plus a short drive to the beaches and restaurants of Ettalong and Umina. The room has a comfy bed, walk in shower, minimal kitchen facilities for light meals suited me perfectly and a lovely verandah to watch the sunset. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others.
