Sjövillan is a total of about 200 sqm of which two apartments (about 100 sq.m.). Both apartments are on two levels. Both with private entrance and balcony on both front and back of the house. In winter, there are good opportunities for skiing, both in the tracks and downhill. Romme alpine is 30 min away. Summer time there is possibility for fishing in Övre Hillen. Fish from the jetty or rent our plastic boat with electric motor (SEK 150/half day 8-12, 12-16). Fishing license 50kr/ day.

Raspberry, apple, blackberries, baby strawberries, tomatoes and much more are also available in the summer. In winter we instead have ski tracks, ice and other things nearby.
