Between this home and the sea, it is a walk of 30-40 min and 3 km. Perfect to walk, cycle or jog to. Here it is a perfect place to explore Öland from. Här hittar vi verkligen lugnet. Utsikten är vidsträckt och solnedgångarna här är magiska. Sommartid hänger vi helst vid poolen, läser i skuggan, simmar några längder, cyklar till havet och längst med den unika stenkusten. Vintertid kurar vi framför kaminen, dricker kaffe, läser böcker och myser i pyjamas hela dagen.

The house is located on a former farm in central Öland with Karum's nature reserve as a neighbor. Nice sandy beaches within bicycle distance. If you want to come here for work in peace, that's fine. We have good and reliable internet. If you have an electric car, you can charge it with our own electricity for 4.5 SEK/kwh.

The outdoor setting will be updated afterwards with patios and so on. Very nice and cozy apartment that was in walking distance to Kalmar city center. Quiet and cozy neighborhood with good opportunity for parking right outside the home. We ate out every day, but there was a great opportunity to cook for ourselves.

Magnus is very friendly, the check in and out was very simple. They had forgot to leave the apartment key but magnus wife brought it the day efter! Left the apartment unlock, very safe area which is nice. Free parking at the front yard. I highly recommend this accommodation.

We felt very comfortable with Tove and Kalle. The garden is also available, which was great for our child. Nearby is a beach and Lerkaka also has a small café. You are centrally located on the island and it takes about an hour to get to the north and south tips. The closest supermarket is 20 minutes by car.

We had a great stay for three nights with two adults and three kids. Nice cottage with large lawn in front, perfect for the kids to run and play on. All in all, a great house to rent for a few days on northern Öland. Yvette communicates quickly and we got nice tips in the surroundings. Extra thoughtfulness was also shown by the fact that there were some candy bags for our children on arrival, it was appreciated! Can really recommend this home!

This was definitely our best accommodation we had in 8 years in Köpingsvik! The fact that we are extremely satisfied is really no exaggeration and there is nothing negative at all to find about either the property or the host. Everything was TOP NOTCH and a welcome called goodbye!! Full marks for Maria and Jörgen!!
