Pool house in central Borgholm

Pool house right next to the family house. The entrance to the pool house is from the shared terrace. Simple kitchenette with microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, fridge and hot plate. Bathroom with underfloor heating. The pool house has AC. TV without channels and the ability to stream via Apple TV. Bed linen and towels are available in the pool house. We will do the cleaning after your visit. Central with only 200 meters to the pedestrian street. Lovely terrace that we share with pool, shower, barbecue, sun loungers and lounge furniture. Pool heated July/August.

Guest house for 2 on Öland.

Guesthouse at 35m3 and loft approx. Each own house is next to it. The house is only available for two adults. We live 10 km from Borgholm. The guesthouse is located on 2.5 hectares of private forest land. Price p/night is incl. Bed linen and swimming, kitchen towels. Arrival after 3pm departure before 10am. Our guests are not allowed to accommodate their own guests. There is no electric car charging at the guesthouse. The nearest charging area can be found in Köpingsvik (6km). Guests leave the guesthouse clean after themselves.

Newly built cottage on our plot, 42 m2 downstairs and two sleeping lofts, 13 m2 each! Quiet and close to nature, yet close to a lot. Sleeps 6, full kitchen and bathrooms. Approx. 4 km to swimming. 8 km to the ferry town where shopping center, restaurants and large Ica store are located. 4 km to Öland Bridge. Three miles to Borgholm. 200 meters to the bus stop! Bring shower towels and own linens! We provide soap, small towels and toilet paper! Cleaning is done by the tenant, otherwise we will charge a cleaning fee of 800kr!

Nice small and modern studio close to the seaside. 8km to the city center of Kalmar and 2okm to reach the Island Öland with their lovely beaches and wonderful nature. If you want to stay on the Island Styrsö where the studio is located you find a bathing place 500meters down the road.
