Three couples had a fantastic stay at Cottonwood Cabin. Very confortable with an excellent kitchen (important because it is not near a grocery store or restaurant) with everything anyone would need to prepare meals. Beautiful location and very close to fishing destination for float trips or quality waters. Shady deck and patio furniture made for peaceful relaxing. Huge yard for the doggies, fully fenced. It was the 2nd visit for my husband and myself. Will definitely return!!! ❤️❤️❤️

We stayed here for a golfing / fishing trip and it was very convenient. We were about 40 minutes to the golf course in Farmington, and 15 minutes to the great fishing on the SJ river. The place is very spacious and extremely clean. John was very responsive to any questions we had both before and during the trip. We will definitely be staying here again when we come to the Farmington/Navajo Dam area.

My boyfriend and I had so much fun!! We made dinner over the campfire and our dog had such a fun time finding new sticks to carry around. The sleep was amazing with the open windows, we enjoyed the glamping life for a night (: I’d definitely do this again!

Chantell s place was very nice - the most comfortable airbnb I stayed at. I highly recommended it !

Tracey’s place was great and the perfect size for two to stay multiple nights. We were able to cook and eat at home most nights with the kitchen amenities listed. Her place is right in town if you need to grab food too! Comfy place and the cute animals were a bonus!

The home smelled and looked clean. We loved the modern decor and how neat it was. Everything was easy to find and it was also as easy to keep clean because everything had its place. The location is quiet and we loved that too. The renter was very responsive when we had an issue and had it looked into pretty quickly. The makeup towels were a nice touch too. Also, the checkout process couldn’t have been any easier. We wish more were like that.
