We are conveniently located next to the A487 giving excellent access to local attractions and coastal towns. A large variety of popular pubs and restaurants, stunning beaches, woodland and coastal walks are a short car drive away.

Just 5 mins from Aberporth and Tresaith beaches, this gorgeous self-contained room features a modern en-suite, private entrance, TV, and small dressing room. Although no kitchen, a breakfast buffet is provided with toaster, fridge & kettle. There is ample free parking and a private patio outside the room with table and chairs - perfect for watching the sunset. Very peaceful, yet 15 mins from the towns of Cardigan and Newcastle Emlyn. Please note this is not suitable for infants or pets.

WiFi, TV & DVD, kitchenette and dining area; The king bedroom has a shower en-suite and doors opening to the patio garden and decking with summer house. The annex is self-contained, but is part of our family home. Ample free parking is available.

Situated at the end of a lane, attached to the main farm house some mile and half from the village of Aberporth, which offers an excellent pub, takeaways and an award winning dog friendly sandy beach.
