Conveniently positioned comfortable flat near the winter Gardens/hounds Hill shopping centre/beach, all just a 5mins walk. Train/bus station under 10mins walk. Free private parking. This is an upstairs flat although just one flight of stairs **the breakfast.. It's 3 miles to Blackpool town centre with a great bus service and shops a two minute walk away. I live downstairs and guests occupy the first floor, set up as an apartment with their own access. There are 2 bedrooms that sleep 3 guests. (one single room with single bed; one double room with a double bed) There is a lounge with TV, dining table and chairs and a small kitchenette. The flat is dog friendly with a large gated front garden.

The flat was exactly as described and all that we needed for our short weekend away. 5 minutes to the pleasure beach and promenade, couldn't really ask for much more. Great local takeaways, deliveroo and just eat cover the area too as we didn't want to cook. However, we could have cooked if we wanted to, there is an oven and gob along with pots and pans, plus a microwave

I've now stayed in two properties listed by Lisa both I would have no problem staying in again clean and tidy looked same as in the listing she was only a message away responded instantly if asked a question if I go to Blackpool again I will be 100% be using her again a million miles away from some of the guesthouses in Blackpool worth every penny

Shebby is an excellent host 🙏 he is kind, responsive, proactive and willing to help above and beyond what you pay him to do. Genuinely a great guy. The are some improvements that can be made in terms of cleanliness (not a fault of his own) and perhaps looking into an alternative lock system that will offer easier access. I know he will improve on his current model to ensure excellent service for future clients because he is so people centered. I booked this accomodation for a 4 night stay, and I was studying for majority of the time. For the purposes of my travel, it was adequate and comfortable.

Been coming to blackpool for years and this place ticked all the boxes for me and my daughter, she had double room and I slept on sofa bed which I don’t mind at all , Dareks place is easy to find , easy to enter and is clean and tidy, the place have everything I needed and Macie was happy to find a hair dryer and some mini toiletries which was a nice touch. Macie seemed to love the place so that is dad happy, Darek the owner was more than attentive and stayed a speedy message away. Thanks darek

Great little flat close enough to walk to everything including pleasure beach, sand castle water park, stanley park and the zoo. Had everything that you needed, easy to find, plenty of places to park outside, nice and tidy. Only thing I would mention is that there is a huge extractor fan from the take away next door that runs up the side of the bedroom window which is noisy so if you're a light sleeper this could be annoying, luckily it didn't bother us at all as we aren't light sleepers 😆 x

loved the place only thing missing was some extra heating apart from radiator in lounge it got cool in there a couple of times whilst watching the panoramic views the bedroom was never cold .The loo and kitchen were tiny but that's okay as we didn't stay in them long kitchen equipment was all there .will be returning next year very close to dog friendly beach

We had a lovely stay and were made to feel really welcome. The accomodation was as listed with little extras to make it home from home. Lots to do in the centre of Blackpool which is a five minute tram ride away. Or a lively walk ( if the weather behaves itself!) Would highly recommend.

Fantastic apartment right in the town centre. Spotlessly clean and very well equipped. We stayed in apartment no 1 and would highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Nicely located close to the kids play area on the beach. Kids enjoyed having big beds to sleep in 🙂 Main reason for stay was to visit family which worked well and the location was very convenient. We had a slight issue but Farah was super responsive and we got it resolved quickly, thank you. Would definitely recommend 👍
