Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Blackheath

Great place to stay when exploring the Blue Mountains. Right in the middle of Katoomba, a beautiful property and a charming house. Hosts were responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful relaxing stay at Josh’s place. Peaceful quiet surroundings but only a short drive to shops. On a cold winter weekend the supply of fire wood was very appreciated and the wood fire added a cozy feel to the weekend. Plenty of space for our large group with 2 lounge areas and the multiple bathrooms worked well. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful house! We stayed with our 3 and 1 year olds who thought it was Christmas Day with the yard amenities! Swings, climbing, seesaw, and the yert toys and coloring. The house was spacious and clean. Location was peaceful, with a small cafe 5min walk up the road. The heaters meant the littlies slept peacefully the whole night through. Would love to stay again soon, thanks Sierra!

Great location near a lot of awesome hikes. The house is spacious, clean, and super comfortable. Perfect place to explore Katoomba and the surrounding area.

We had 2 families staying, and there was more than ample room for all. Bedrooms were excellently appointed with high-quality bathrooms. The location was perfect, walking distance to Leura town. The wood-burning fireplace was a nice touch, especially as we visited in the winter. Thanks guys

If you’re after a quiet weekend away with wonderful views and wildlife this is the perfect place to go. Close to Dryridge Estate Winery. Megalong Valley is just so beautiful & picturesque.

The cabin was everything he could have wanted and more! You can tell how much thought had gone into the cabin to ensure the guest has the best experience possible. With the house built in the 1930’s it had so many lovely old features such as the massive fire place with the original river stones and beautiful gardens while still providing loads of modern upgrades with loads of amenities such as the massive hot tub outside and the spa bath inside. Would highly recommend the stay, it’s definitely worth forking out that little extra to stay in such luxury 😊

Thank you for hosting us in your beautiful loft. The space was incredibly spacious, inviting, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need. We especially loved the spa bath and cosy fireplace, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. It was a truly comfortable and memorable stay. We’ll definitely be back!

Medlow Bath is a fantastic, peaceful location near to Leura, Katoomba and Blackheath. Denise was a wonderful host and provided us with many recommendations for the area. The space was quiet and comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay. The apartment was as described and was in a great location. I loved that it was thoughtfully furnished - there were extra blankets, the kitchen was well equipped and the hosts even left some yummy snacks. Highly recommended.

Beautiful place, super cozy and friendly! We had everything we needed — even a barbecue and a heater, which made our stay very comfortable. The only downside was the lack of a sink to wash dishes, which made cooking a bit tricky. But overall, I’d totally recommend it!

We had the most beautiful stay with Isabelle. She would have to be one of the most kind and gentle people I’ve ever met. The place was clean and tidy and had everything you could possibly need for your stay including the small extras. The location was great with only a small walk or drive to the Main Street of Katoomba and/or the major view points of the blue mountains. A host like no other and a beautiful place to stay I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a cozy mountain getaway.

my dog Delta and I had the best time staying at Jacaranda cabin. Fiona was most accommodating and respected our privacy through our stay. I highly recommend this stay if you are looking to escape the world and be surrounded by beautiful nature. My dog was most welcome and great to have her by my side.

We really enjoyed our stay at Gina's cabin. There were howling winds at night outside but we stayed warmed inside. Such a cosy cabin that had everything you might need. Gina is such a thoughtful and friendly host. One of the best Airbnb I stayed at so far!

Beautiful location, secluded but access to lots on the area, felt safe, able to relax and forget the outside world if you want, plenty to do on the property, plenty to keep you entertained if stuck in doors.

I’ve stayed in over 50 rentals through Airbnb and VRBO in the last four years, and this is truly one of the best. There’s always something small missing in other places—a detail that could’ve made the stay better—but here, it was hard to find anything to complain about. Everything was thoughtfully done and perfectly maintained. You honestly can’t go wrong. It’s absolutely worth the short drive if you’re considering staying closer to the Three Sisters or in town—This is the place to be.

misty gum cottage was a lovely place in a nice, quiet location. It felt very private with the bush in our back yard. The house is nicely decorated with everything we needed. It's close to great coffee and lots of amazing bush walks. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful cabin in a beautiful secluded spot. I'd love to go back in warmer seasons to enjoy the private beach and fire pit, to explore the bush a bit more, and to sit outside on the deck with a book. Even with the freezing wet weather, it was cosy inside. I really appreciated the quiet and the seclusion. The bath was heavenly. The mattress was a bit too firm, but that is personal taste. And please do heed the listing - the track in definitely needs four wheel drive. This place was an absolute find - thank you Andre for making this place available, and special.

Excellent weekend get away for a family. We stayed with our 2.5 year old and 3 months old and had a wonderful, peaceful family get away. Philip was super helpful and made sure we had everything required, especially for the kiddies. Scrumpy offers something for everyone: warm and peaceful nights in front of the fireplace with a glass of wine, as well as perfectly equipped kitchen for cooking; and games, activities and a wonderful garden to run for kids. We had a wonderful time and will definitely return for a winter family get away.

Absolutely perfect stay. I stayed only one night to attend a wedding a Collits Inn, but I wish I stayed a few more nights. The hut was clean, comfortable and quiet. The scenery was beautiful and peaceful with horses in the adjoining paddocks, sighting of kangaroos, many different birds and rabbits. Communication with Jae was easy. Jae was quick to respond to my questions and provided clear instructions to locate the hut. We will be back again. Thank you Jae and family!
