Our stay at Anna's place was incredible! The house is so comfortable and full of character. We really enjoyed the uniqueness of this home and everything Anna offered. The couch was perfect for our family of six to sit together and watch movies at night. The location is perfectly a few blocks from downtown so you feel secluded, but you're not far from anything. Anna offered several suggestions of places to eat and things to do. Everything we tried was fantastic! If we travel down to Hot Springs again, we'll definitely stay here again.

Jessica was an awesome host - responding rapidly to accommodate my family after Military orders changed last minute and our entire family could come together. And the house is a gem! The kitchen is a chef’s dream with double ovens, griddle and 6 burner Thermador professional stove. It was perfect for preparing and enjoying our Thanksgiving meal. The 80” TV/family room for movies and football was just what we wanted. . Great lake-view from a the private corner of the cove. We did not use the hot tub or pool area, but the back deck and grill was perfect for steaks and cocktails. Can’t recommend the place enough for large groups looking to eat, socialize and enjoy Hot Springs NP and Lake Hamilton. It is priced a bit over other spots in the area, but the quality of the home and extra space is more than worth the upgrade to treat your friends and family well. We will be back.

We really enjoyed the beautiful and clean condo. We loved how spacious it was for our family of five..all over the age of 15! We had coffee each morning on the balcony and spent some time playing pool and ping pong in the recreation room before lounging in the hot tub. We cooked breakfast one morning and had everything we needed, plus coffee was there and I was so thankful since I’d left mine home! Would love to stay again soon!

this was the best vacation my husband and I ever took!!! we had a blast....these few days were sweet and were definitely gifted from up above🤗🤪 Our host was awesome & we are already wanting to plan another vacation with them real soon! My hubby and I totally recommend Dennis & his beautiful wife.... they were awesome!🥰

This house was the best. Enough rooms to accommodate everyone, a large kitchen area and beautiful views.

The house was perfect. 3 bedrooms with comfortable king size beds all with private bathrooms were exactly what we needed. The living room and outdoor spaces were great for gathering together. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we could need provided. There was a nice welcome basket of snacks provided. We enjoyed our stay in Hot Springs.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at one of Karen’s Airbnb and once again to was wonderful

We had 7 adults and two children and this house fit us well! The pictures don’t do the house justice on how spacious it is and the amount of sitting areas. We were worried a little about the noise from the expressway but we couldn’t hear anything inside. The landscaping was well done and we enjoyed sitting in both porches. The neighborhood isn’t really walkable or shops in the area but within a 10 minute drive we found everything we needed. The set up for children with toys, books, games and children’s bed and nook were a major win. We would definitely stay here again in Little Rock.

We were warmly welcomed by Joy and Richard during our country crossing road trip. They prepared 2 bowls and a towel for our furry friend. The house is clean and tidy. It is very spacious for us, with 2 bedrooms, 1 dining room and 2 living rooms. We also saw some fireflies in the backyard — you won’t want to miss it in summer nights. The private and peaceful surroundings make this stay an unbeatable experience. Highly recommended.

Derek’s communication was excellent. The house was perfect for our stay. Everything was clean and neat. Kids loved the guest TV services. Quiet neighborhood. Temperature was perfect for our needs. We only stayed overnight and it was perfect for our needs. Would definitely stay again!

This was the perfect place as my son lives in Cabot AR. It was only 5 mins from his house. Our extended family of 6 adults and two children were all coming to Cabot AR. to celebrate my one granddaughter's college graduation, and my other granddaughter's 19th birthday. The Airbnb was spacious and provide beds and showers for everyone. It was perfect with a crib for my daughter's one year old. My sister and I loved the covered outside porch area. We loved drinking our morning coffee while my other grandson, age 3, played on the great fort/ swing set. Bryan was always quick to respond to my questions. We look forward to coming again.

We had a great stay. The only thing I would like different is the front bedroom needs a door so that you don’t have to walk through that bedroom to get to the bathroom, kitchen and back bedroom. Everything was very clean.

The house was very clean and well maintained. Responsive hosts that were very accommodating of us and our dogs. On one or two occasions we were able to hear walking upstairs but they were not during the night or morning. Overall I highly recommend

It’s was spacious and very pleasant, with a beautiful lake view right from the room. The atmosphere was peaceful and refreshing. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was already provided in the room—nothing was missing. Honestly, we’re all missing that location already. It was a perfect getaway!

The family and I had a wonderful stay here for the 4th of July. Our previous arrangements fell through just as we arrived in Hot Springs and luckily Vanessa was very responsive and allowed us to book immediately. She helped us get into the house and showed us where everything was located. The place was a perfect little peaceful getaway on the golf course and close to town/activities. We really enjoyed the fire pit as well, we were able to roast some smores while they launched fireworks over the golf course. Will definitely stay again if we are ever back in the area.

The place was great. As others have said, the check-in is a bit arcane. You have to go to an office and get the packet out of a lock-box (without any actual interaction). That's all fine but the office is 30 min away from the place in the opposite direction of how most people come, from Little Rock. So make sure if you're on a schedule to allot 45-60 minutes extra to get north after dropping off the keys. Other than that the place is great, definitely a little water pressure issue if more than one fixture is used at a time so don't plan on having multiple people get ready at once.

Absolutely stunning place. The private stream and waterfall are very private. Host is very helpful and friendly. Would definitely come back.

The communication with Sami was the best we have experienced within all of our years using Airbnb. The pictures match exactly what you will have... no surprises. Sami goes above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of and went above / beyond with her special touches. Everything you would possible need is within the condo. No issues and will definitely stay within one of Sami's properties upon our next visit.

We really enjoyed staying here! Was very clean and decorated nice! Loved the patio. We will be back for sure!
