Cozy and comfortable, one minute from I-30 but in quiet safe neighborhood close to everything in central Arkansas. Going to the lakes in Hot Springs? Parking for your boat and trailer curbside., or if touring Little Rock area attractions they`re only a few minutes away. Movie theater, all kinds of eating places, everything within 2-3 minutes, yet house is located in a cozy enclave type setting! Very cozy personal little cottage backed by the woods. Comfortable adjustable full size bed for a great night sleep. Will accommodate one or two people. Down a long driveway, quiet and in a rural setting. If you bring a pet, we ask that you supervise them at all times. The place is small but cozy.

Our home is a level lot just feet from Balboa Lake, the largest lake in the village. The Village has eight well maintained golf courses and several lakes. We are surrounded by trees which turn magnificent colors in the fall. We are on paved roads and you will have no trouble accessing us. There is a great tennis facility with 12 clay courts and pickle ball courts are also available. The beach area is near us.

Cozy and comfortable one minute from I-30 but in a safe quiet neighborhood close to everything in central Arkansas! Movie theater and all kinds of restaurants within 2-3 minutes away. Extra driveway to park boat if going to the lakes in Hot Springs. Close to Little Rock if touring there! Washer, Dryer, central heat and air. Fenced in back yard with fire pit to enjoy!!

Country Get Away

Nice quiet neighborhood, conviently located 20 to 25 minutes away from downtown Little Rock. You will be far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. But close enough to find any kind of food or entertainment you want in the city. We do allow pets, but we have a 100 dollar non refundable pet deposit per pet. Please let us know if you have a pet.

Probably one of the best Airbnb houses that we’ve stayed in so far. Beautiful home. Very clean . Fun and enjoyable. We loved everything about it . We came with our 2 golden retrievers and they LOVED the creek and patio . We were able to relax and recharge batteries before hitting the road again. The area is beautiful and peaceful yet close enough to shops and restaurants. Would love to stay there again if in the area in the future!

The bus was so adorable & they were very accommodating! We had some issues with the WiFi & they were responsive & sent someone out to check it the next day! The bus was stocked with dishes, bedding, games, firewood—anything you might need for a nice little getaway!

I’m grateful Karla allows for one night stays so that I could see what’s possible for a peaceful getaway in the future and book a longer trip to enjoy her pocket of heaven. Karla is a lovely host. The property was great and the cabin was nicely decorated! Beautiful surrounding area with a pond and a nice water feature. Pretty much everything you might need was provided, plus a very nice gift bag with stuff to do s'mores at the fire pit. Unfortunately, we checked out early because (my fault, I failed to ask before booking) there was no internet/wifi available and I needed to work remotely. Also, our cell service was weak so I was unable to use my hotspot to connect for work. I was sad because it really was a nice place and we were looking forward to enjoying the outdoor space. One more thing to note, the driveway was extremely rough going in, even with a pickup truck, probably due to recent rains. With all that said, if you are looking for a peaceful spot to unplug and enjoy nature, this is the place for you! I would definitely recommend it, as long as you don't need to be 'connected'. Also, very responsive hosts.
