Sunset Manor - Waterfront Home at Belmar Marina

The reviews speak for itself- Sunset Manor is one of the top vacation rentals in Belmar. Built in 2018, this beautiful home is across from the beachfront park along Shark River. Waterfront views from the front porch & one of the best sunsets at the Shore! Walk out your door to the Belmar Marina area, which hosts mini golf, fishing charter boats, kayak/paddleboard rentals & waterside dining. The backyard has a patio, grill, outdoor shower, and large driveway with plenty of parking (rare for Belmar!). In addition to the wraparound covered porch facing the water, the home's best feature is the very large open floor plan which combines the kitchen, living room, and dining area. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and another room on the first floor which can also be used as a bedroom. Close to Main Street, Belmar train station, Garden State Parkway, and Asbury Park. The home also includes our infamous giant-sized adirondack chair!

Little Cottage Steps from the Beach

Quaint little cottage behind our shore house. All you need to enjoy the Jersey Shore. Our house is four houses from the beach and less than a mile’s walk or drive to the bars, restaurants, and rides. We’ve been renting on Airbnb since summer 2017, but we are no strangers to renters. We've been renting our cottage for the past 20 years & mostly rent June-August. We are looking to expand our rentals to May and into November. The off season is perfect if you are looking for quiet & relaxation!

Relaxing Beach Home, Renovated w/a Spacious Yard

Come enjoy our newly renovated beach house! Sit on the adirondack chairs on the front porch and read a book or BBQ on the back deck. The 1st floor consists of the kitchen, living room, half bath, and laundry. Our large backyard has a grill, outdoor shower, fire pit and plenty of room for fun. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms w/balconies and a full bathroom (w/bathtub). We have a long driveway and an easy 10 min walk to the beach. you will have this private, quiet guesthouse all to yourself ..14' ceilings and a 25'x10' balcony to sun on....it comes with 2 free beach passes, and a beach cart with 2 chairs and umbrella......you may have stayed in my front house with the peace sign, now, I am offering my rear guesthouse, originally built in the 1800's as a barn, this redesigned building with 14' ceilings was completely rebuilt in 2003 just 4 blocks from the beach.
