Vacation rentals with a patio in Belmar

Michael and Jennifer were amazing to work with. They were beyond accommodating and extremely friendly and attentive. The place was absolutely beautiful. Everything seemed new and updated. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Bella's place is the perfect spot to discover and enjoy the special place that is Orange Grove / Asbury Park area. 1 block from beach, with view of water from the porch where I could have hung all day. Central to the main strip of this very cool and quaint beachside community. Lovely short walk to Asbury's funky, fun main drag. Bella's place is peaceful, comfortable, clean, and feels like it was recently renovated so it all felt fresh. Neighbors are kind, and cool, and Bella was a wonderful host. We want to go back for a much longer stay next year, and make it one of our annual escapes.

Amy’s apartment style Airbnb was a delight to stay in. The apartment had every amenity you could need and was spotlessly clean. Additionally, Amy was a wonderful host with great communication and was extremely helpful with whatever you needed!

This home is absolutely beautiful and offers every amenity you’d need to have a fantastic stay in Seaside Heights! Our hosts were friendly, responsive, and always accommodating. We would highly recommend this particular home for your next stay at the Jersey Shore. A truly five star experience! Kathleen

As advertised; short drive to several beaches, a bit long to walk with chairs/etc but walkable without equipment. Short walk to Main St with plenty of stores/restos/etc. Did not cook while there. Ideal for family of four.

Myra’s place was the perfect spot for a weekend beach getaway! She was responsive, friendly and so helpful. The space was exactly as described - cozy, sweet, and functional. A really nice place to shower and hangout after some good beach time.

Our stay at Elena’s place was incredible. The house had every convenience, amenity and comfort we could have possibly asked for. There were so any fantastic touches from a welcome gift, to wonderful linens, towels, toiletries, kitchen needs and beach chairs and umbrellas. It was impeccably clean and so thoughtfully updated, maximizing every inch of space. The location was absolute perfection, literal steps to the beach, boardwalk and restaurants. It was the ideal house for our family of four. Elena’s communication and responsiveness could not be beat and she communicated to us a number of times throughout our stay that she was available for anything we needed! Thank you for a wonderful stay, we look forward to returning!

It is a great place to stay, close to many restaurants and not too far from the beach. Extremely clean. Beds were comfortable. The garage entertainment area looked like a fun place to hang out, however we never really got to enjoy that area as we were constantly on the move. I'd definitely stay at this residence again.

The house was very nicely decorated and really light beachy look. We enjoyed our stay and 3 tvs available and loved the glassed in porch nice place to read.

Vallyn was so responsive and helpful with everything we needed. It is a very large place with PLENTY of glasses, silverware, plates, etc (which is not always the case in these larger homes). The house is on the older side, so some of the handles are loose while some doors stick - but it was perfect for our needs and we had a great stay - would recommend.

Perfect location in between main street and beach+ size for our girls/family event weekend! Well decorated and furnished for all needs. Appreciate the beach cruisers & restaurant recommendation’s. My group and I felt right at home and it was extremely cozy :) we had so much fun using the kayaks and fireplace and we loved the upstairs room with the two bunk beds looking over the whole house! Definitely recommend ❤️

Frank and Jennifer’s place is fantastic. So well stocked with everything you could need, specially in the kitchen which made it easy to cook at home. Unfortunately it was too cold to use the garden but it must be lovely if warmer! Jennifer was quick to reply to any questions we had. Would love to stay again! 😀

This is our third or fourth time staying at Donna's. The space is perfect for our needs, a block from the beach and serene back patio. If this house wasn't always booked we would stay more often! We will absolutely be back!!!

Wonderful place to stay for my family. Highly recommend for anyone looking to spend time very close to the beach and get some good R and R.

The rental was very clean and nice. Walking distance to everything and our host was very responsive and accommodating. Will definitely consider staying here again if we return to the area

We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and Danielle's flexibility with our needs since we were coming from out of state. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. This was especially important since the weather was not great during our stay, so we spent a lot of time in the condo.

This was a perfect space for two couples on a beach weekend. The distance to the boardwalk was perfect. Close enough while still being quiet. The host was very responsive when any issues arose and I was very impressed with their helpfulness to go over and beyond. Thank you for a great stay!

We have stayed at this property in past. There have been many improvements done to the upstairs unit. New furniture and updated bathrooms were a very pleasant surprise. The view is spectacular from many locations in the unit. I look forward to my next stay at this beautiful unit.

This is the perfect place! Felt so comfy & cozy. Had towels, and shampoo body wash.. just great. Michael even provided coffee, and a coffee maker. Was MORE than I thought it could ever be staying at an Airbnb!!! I’ve had airbnbs where they don’t accommodate you like this airbnb and host does. Michael checked up on me and made sure I was good consistently. Made me feel soo comfortable. Clean and modern place. I can’t wait to book with Michael again!!🫶🏼

Wondefull place, the only downfall was that it is next to the Flamingo motel with parties going on 24/7 but that is not the host's fault. Otherwise amazing.

Great location next to the Park entrance, exceptionally clean, great interior design, welcome treats, nice balcony to relax, covered safe parking, shed with folding chairs and other stuff for children, great communication, positive and welcoming attitude.

Our stay was fantastic! Megan and Todd’s place had all the amenities we could possibly need, and we also LOVED the patio and close proximity to the beach. Megan and Todd were responsive, friendly, and accommodating. Ty!
