More comfortable and better deal than a hotel. the apartment is beautifully decorated, but very comfortable and uncluttered. Anne was responsive and gave us helpful info on parking. we had not problems getting in and the apartment is lovely and walking distance to boardwalk/beach and restaurants and bars.

Daniel’s place was great! Short walk to downtown with lots of restaurants and bars and the beach was only a few blocks away. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Asbury Park or Ocean Grove

Wow. What a stay. Thank you Allie for an incredible time in Asbury. The place was even nicer than pictured, location was perfect, and Allie went above and beyond as a host. A must stay if you are in the area wanting to be near the town and beach, but also in peaceful townhome.

This place was just perfect for us! Very well stocked all around…kitchen, bathroom, games, beach chairs. They had it all! Beautiful sunsets out the front over the bay and we could even see the sunrise come up from our bedroom! Easy and flexible check in, great communication, yummy homemade muffins upon arrival. Hope to stay again!

Location, location, location! Just steps from the boardwalk, could walk everywhere! The perfect beach stay with immaculate vibes. Comfortable beds, nicely updated bathroom and cute common space outdoors. Will be back for sure!!

My friends and I stayed here from a Monday to a Friday. Although there wasn’t much to do due to inconvenient weather and the time of our stay being so early in the season, we had a fantastic time. Carlos, and especially Jorge were excellent hosts, and they were understanding, and friendly. I am very happy that we rented from these owners. The house was beautiful, spacious, and spotless. The only downsides to the house were the small yard, the somewhat frequent noise of the trains passing by behind the house, and the minimal counter space. The kitchen is not one for cooking. Overall, we loved our experience here and we would definitely rent again

What a warm welcome, this is truly home away from home. We really enjoyed our stay at Biff's beach home. Steps away from a beautiful walk around Lake Como or Belmar Beach, with excellent food and entertainment nearby. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The home is everything you need to cook good meals, sleep comfortably (you can hear the ocean waves while sitting on the front porch!) and even work remotely, as we did. We plan on returning to this excellent location in Belmar!

Had a wonderful girl's weekend at the 'Retreat.' The house was very comfortable and the layout was conducive for cooking, eating and hanging out. The beds were comfy too! The backyard is amazing and we wished the weather was more cooperative for outdoor time. Communication with Ann and Mike was extremely easy and timely. We would definitely stay here again. The place itself was lovely (clean, well-quipped, nicely decorated) and MacKenzie was helpful and friendly. Her instructions were so clear and comprehensive that everything was a breeze; we were always sure of our responsibilities, which helped us feel really comfortable during our stay. this place is tastefully renovated, cozy, and really convenient to everything around the joisey shore. host is responsive and helpful. only thing to take note of that we didn't feel was abundantly clear or pictured so accurately was the nature of the stairs to the second floor. 2 out of the 3 bedrooms are up there but those old beach bungalow stairs are super narrow super steep and not really suitable for small children or senior citizens. so if you're going to have your little kids and in-laws with you, as I did, just be conscious of this. otherwise we really enjoyed the place, and think you will too.

I can’t rave enough about this place . Super clean ans so conviently located near everything, yet quiet and private at the same time. The parking spot was a great perk too and Dawn couldn’t have been more accomodating and reaponsive. We will definately be back!

We have stayed at this property in past. There have been many improvements done to the upstairs unit. New furniture and updated bathrooms were a very pleasant surprise. The view is spectacular from many locations in the unit. I look forward to my next stay at this beautiful unit.

Chris was accommodating from the very start of our booking; quick to accept our booking and respond to our requests. I came to Asbury for a quick weekend vacation, along with my husband, daughter, her bff, and our dog. We were super comfortable in the condo. Nice big kitchen, and comfy living room where we ordered in after a long day at the beach! The girls did NOT want to leave! The condo is located just a few blocks away from the beach and boardwalk - right near the food trucks and the dog beach. The condo has all of the essentials, super clean, great fluffy and fresh towels - We couldn't have asked for more :). Thank you Chris and Andy for sharing your condo with us. We loved it and would love to book again with you on our next visit!

Our stay was fantastic! Megan and Todd’s place had all the amenities we could possibly need, and we also LOVED the patio and close proximity to the beach. Megan and Todd were responsive, friendly, and accommodating. Ty!

I love this area for vacation. Having off street parking , Laundry and a place to accomodate my pet were bonuses. Not having linens and towels is a Jersey thing, I always feel that these items should be available onsite especially for the price of rentals in this area. Tina is a pleasant and responsive host. I recommend her and would stay here again.

We were very pleased with the accommodations and the location. Elizabeth made the whole experience seamless and easy. She went above and beyond. I would put this place on the top of my list for future trips to Asbury Park. We would give it a solid 10 out of 10.
