Vacation rentals with a pool in Bay City

Small studio that is shared with a larger home. I think the rest of the home is also a rental so we were thankful nobody else was there. Not exactly what I thought when renting out the “entire space” so not a crazy great value given the nightly rate. Very clean and short drive into Pacific City (less than 5min).

A few friends stayed in this home for a long weekend. It was a great location with an amazing view. We appreciated all the extras that this home has to offer. Fully stocked kitchen and plenty of linens, to mention just a few. The beds were very, very comfortable. We would definitely come back!!

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood, great for going on walks. Beach access was great, just be cautious - lots of stairs to get down. If you drive a larger vehicle, the parking situation could get a little tight. Overall, a fantastic place to stay.

Such a wonderful weekend in Lincoln City! We loved the hot tub and close walk to the beach; the neighborhood is SO cute and quaint.

The house was perfectly located for a family vacation with a big group of us; quick walk to the beach, right across the street from a nice park and green space. The house was well equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils/appliances and well laid out for a larger group. We can’t wait to visit again!

We had a great time here. Lovely home; beautifully furnished and decorated. Hot tub was lovely. Be prepared to get your steps in! Check out procedure was reasonable and easy.

The home is in a great location, with a lovely atmosphere perfect for a relaxing stay. There were a couple of small issues at first, but I really appreciated the way everything was handled. The host was responsive and professional, and in the end, a fair gesture was made that showed they care about their guests. Thank you again for making it right. Overall, a nice experience I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

The view was amazing! The condo was clean and had what we needed to get by. The kitchen could use some things like sharp knives and newer pans, but not everyone cooks like we do. I think the price is a little high per night, but really everything is these days. However, for the price things could be updated like decor and pillows, the bed could be better. Troy was amazing with communication and ease of checking in and out. Our stay was great.

Really beautiful and clean and spacious condo. I had a comfortable stay with my family. The amenities were great and the location and beach view was amazing. I would definitely recommend this place and will be coming back!

Troy's place was a great stay. Our young one had a blast playing in the little beach creek right next to the property. Troy was very friendly and proactive in offering local recommendations for food and things to do, as he is from the area. The view from the unit was beautiful, and the sunsets were unreal. 10/10, would stay here again.

My best friend and I did a quick getaway with our kiddos. The staff was so accommodating and let us do early check-in. But since we got there earlier than when we could check in, they also offered us to use the pool. It is right on the beach and our kids had a great time playing around. The place was cozy and cute and had everything we needed. Overall I couldn’t get over how friendly the staff were! We will definitely be back!

This is the second time me and my partner stayed here. We love this place!!! We want to make this a yearly thing for us. For the price this is an amazing stay. We love waking up to the beach and the sunsets are gorgeous.

The studio apartment was very well maintained and had everything you could need. The view was mesmerizing. Will book this place again!

Absolutely loved our stay! The place is right on the beachfront—just steps from the sand—which made for the perfect getaway. It was super clean, beautifully set up, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive and made everything so easy from start to finish. This is an awesome place on a magnificent beach with great friendly locals. I am Al most 69 and over 309 lbs and the 32 steps to the 3rd floor were no problem at all. This place was a super value and extremely spacious for the tow of us. My wife loved that wack of us had a bathroom. There is at least two weeks worth of stuff to do in Lincoln City and two hours North or South. Blown away by the old growth trees, mountains, huge scenic beaches and some of the easiest to walk sand we have ever experienced. Loved all nine days!
