It's a 10-minute stroll down a scenic bush track to Narrawallee Beach or 10 minutes' walk to Mollymook Beach. It's also 10-minutes' walk to Rick Stein’s famous Bannisters by the Sea restaurant/pool bar, Mollymook Shopping Centre with Bannisters Pavilion restaurant/rooftop bar, Gwylo Restaurant, Mint Pizza and BWS.

Beautiful Moroccan feel to this unique and comfortable studio space ,which is set in the small , lush ,creative ,food plentiful garden of the main house ,which was a 1850's haberdashery. Situated right in the centre of the Milton township and easy walking of restaurants and shopping .Great beaches and walks to discover are only a 10 min drive .Please note that the walkway is a little uneven and could be a problem for people with mobility issues. Billabong Cottage is a romantic little one bedroom cottage situated next to its own large billabong. This fully equipped cathedral ceilinged cottage has everything you need for a romantic escape. Designed to represent the Australian settler’s cottage, unique and cozy, the fully fenced verandah overlooks the water, with wood heater and outdoor firepit. Pets are welcome. This is the last house on the street before the national park. Only minutes to Pretty Beach, Merry Beach, and Kioloa Beach. The studio is perfect for couples as a cosy retreat from the city. Parking is available, with private access to the studio. The wildlife includes Glossy Black Cockatoos, kangaroos and possums.
