Beach house - private sand beach and magical views

Our beach house gives you the opportunity to stay and enjoy in a unique location to say the least. You have the plot and the beach to yourselves and are clean the dream of sun, swimming and barbecue. The bottom is very shallow which is suitable for both children and dogs. The beach is also appreciated by canoeists who then have a short paddling to Stendörren Nature Reserve. The view from both the bedroom and living room makes this place enchanting and our guests blown away. Relax over a weekend or put a golden edge on the summer vacation.

In the beautiful Sörmland countryside on road 223 between Nyköping and Björnlunda there is the small cottage in the farm Uvsta Östergården. The cottage is located at an old small farm where we currently run a café. There we have flea market and shop with home and garden decor. Cafét serves light lunches and has goa pastries. Breakfast is available for purchase in the cafe. Cozy garden as you look out over the fields. Bagarstuga is an older charming cottage of 35 sqm from the 1800s with beautiful views of the fields. Low ceilings!

The boat house is a unique small log house by the lake Båvens beach that suits groups of up to 10 people. For those looking for something extra nice, one of the best private locations in Sörmland with its own jetty and wood-fired sauna. Access to kayaks, tennis court and lovely quiet location on the peninsula. Very quiet and scenic place. Wing buildings to farm 90 min from Stockholm in very good condition of 45 sqm each as well as two modern bathrooms. Brilliant lake views from all windows. Newly built full sized kitchen. The tranquility of the forest

The place is very close to nature. The wild animals, access to the forest and the tranquility are fantastic. At the same time, it is only 5 minutes, so you are on the highway to Stockholm (1 hour.), Trosa (20min) or Nyköping with Skavsta airport (30min). The chance to see wildlife here is almost 100%, mostly deer. If you want to be sure to see moose, wild boar etc. we can recommend a wildlife park in Öster malma, just 20 min from here.

Bright apartment on a rural farm

Stay among the fields in this bright apartment on a rural farm. In a converted barn is located this open apartment with large windows and views of a horse garden. On the entry level there is a kitchenette and bathroom. We are a family with two children who live on the farm. We have a dog and a cat (they walk freely on the plot ). We have no other animals but next to our property is a horse farm.
