The price for first two months is as shown on the web but if you want to stay longer, every following month off season would be 800 eur/month. The loft consists of one open space (lounge area, kitchen and loft bed), balcony overlooking Petar Kružić Stairway (Trsatske stube), and a bathroom.

My flat - loft is very comfortable, it has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and big kitchen such a dinning room and living room and the view from the balcony is something that you can not explain with the words. You have to feel it! You will have private parking behind the house. It is 10 min away walking from the city center and the beach.
