Studio apartment for two persons is in a house with several apartments, on the ground floor with separate entrance. It is a quite small studio (20 m2) but has all necessary for two people on vacation. There is a table with two chairs outside. The house is situated 300 m from the city center and 400 m from the beach, it takes 10 minutes walk. There is a lot of free parking space near the house. The owner lives in the same house. Included in the price: parking, final cleaning, wi-fi, tourist tax.

This charming studio is situated in walking zone, in the old 16th century house and in the hart of old Baška. This is the way to feel real rhythm of life in this village. Everything is around you on a walking distance: beaches, grocery shops, coffee bars, restaurants and our private parking place too (80 m away). Doris A2 - 100 m from the sea, separate entrance

The house is located just above the Baška harbour, with a small beach just 100 metres away and a 10 minute walk to the old town on one side and naturist camp Bunculuka on the other. There are restaurants and cafes within a 5-minute walking distance from the house. The apartment is on the ground floor and it has a very big terrace. In our house we have 3 apartments for max. 8 people. Each apartment has it own separate entrance.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
