"Sol y Vista" means "Sun & View" as this is a solar-passive, architect-designed dwelling with spectacular views over Bathurst and Blue Mountains. 5 minutes to famous Mt Panorama Race Track; less to Bathurst Golf Club. Set on a couple of acres in a semi-rural neighbourhood, only 4km to town. Slow-combustion wood fireplace as well as ducted reverse-cycle airconditioning. Please be aware that pet dog and bees live on this property.
