Vacation rentals with a patio in Barrow-in-Furness District

We had a really great stay with our young baby. The apartment was really spacious and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for walking to Bowness. We would love to stay again.

Lorraine’s place was the perfect place for a couples getaway to Bowness. The place was spotless and provided everything we needed for a cosy and convenient stay. The bed was so incredibly comfortable and the bathroom felt spa like which was a lovely treat after a day out exploring the lakes. It was also minutes away from lovely pubs and bars which we enjoyed throughout our trip. We would 100% stay here again! Thanks Lorraine!

This is our second visit to Raymond's. It is a fab, cosy little cottage in an beautiful area. If you like walking, birdwatching, nature, scenery - you cannot go wrong. If we ever want a weekend away from it (not in our caravan) we would definitely come here again.

We had a lovely few days and the apartment was lovely and thank you for the welcome pack as well. Deffo come back.Could do a mirror in the bedroom and the mattress was al little uncomfortable.

We only stayed at Lynne’s for one night on a road trip, but it was a wonderful spot to stop and recharge. The space is lovely and Lynne made us feel very welcome!

Its a great place to stay on the edge of Heysham. Spotlessly clean with not a speck of dust to see or find ! The fridge had small juice cartons with molk and cream portions ready for the provided tea and coffee with biscuits too. Lovely outlook- you can see the sea from the window ! Just a short walk down the quiet toad and youre onto the beach - 4 miles to Morecambe one way and the ruin of St Patricks church the other way, continuing into the harbour. We didn’t get that far as only stayed one night. But the Glebe garden next to St Peters church is free and well worth a visit. We loved our one night stay as we journeyed onto the I.O.M ferry. The late check out is perfect to coincide with the ferry departure. We took our own food, but theres a Tesco Express and Co-op food close by. Excellent place. Highly recommended

We really enjoyed our stay at Laurel. The apartment is beautifully renovated and well laid out. For the most part it is well stocked with everything you need for your stay. The surroundings are absolutely stunning. We enjoyed watching the baby deer in the field each morning. 5 min drive away there’s an amazing artisan bakery and an ice cream shop. For guests with younger children there’s also a fantastic play park at Staveley. We had a couple of problems (missing travel cot on arrival, hot water turned off a couple of times) but the host was friendly and extremely quick to respond.

We had a fantastic stay at Janette’s! The flat was clean, cosy and had everything we needed for a 5 night stay. The small enclosed courtyard was also perfect for our dog. Broughton itself is a beautiful village - bakery, butchers & pubs nearby. We’d definitely love to come back and would recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Very comfortable stay at Naomi’s.

We have stayed here twice now and it has been perfect both times, when we encountered an issue with booking we messaged and got a helpful answer first thing in the morning which was amazing as we booked same day. I would recommend this house for any one needing a place on a quick turnaround and pet friendly. Great location for access to the city, very walkable. Thank you.

Travelling from Australia, this was a great safe spot to keep our motorcycles out of eyes view on the way to the Isle Of Man TT. House was beautiful, spotlessly clean. Appreciated the fresh milk, and bread for a quick breakfast in the morning. Was surprised that we could get an Uber and had a great meal at the Fleece Inn and only cost £6 each way. Would be a great place to stay for more nights

We have had a lovely stay at the boathouse which was just amazing! The boat house its self is beautiful, clean and comfortable with the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! It is very well equipt, plenty of towels, blankets and even robes. We loved the hot tub with views over the lake. The location of the boathouse was just perfect for us and the views were stunning! We took our own paddle boards and was so happy to be able to launch straight from the jetty to explore the lake. My daughter also loved feeding the ducks from the jetty. We have had a busy few days on local bike trails, hikes, paddle boarding, boating and having some lovely meals out in beautiful Bowness, but always looked forward to returning to the boathouse! We will definitely be returning! Thank you

Had a weekend of hiking and exploring the Lake District planned with 6 people, and the Braffin property was absolutely perfect for our stay. There was enough space for everyone, and had everything we needed from being able to cook dinner in the kitchen, to relax in the lounge watching TV. Having the fire place on in the evening was a bonus that made the place feel even more cosy than it already was, and the views of the town and sea from the window were amazing. Clare was an extremely friendly and helpful host, always quick to respond to messages and making sure our stay was as comfy as possible.

Great air bnb, well worth what we paid, in a fantastic location. All amenities provided and the prosecco on arrival was a lovely touch, wouldn’t hesitate to stop here again!

The house was so beautiful and ticked every box. Scenery, peace and quiet, lots of space to celebrate with friends. Kitchen well equipped we wanted for nothing. We loved the sauna and outside jacuzzi and a beautiful dining room to dine. The house was immaculate and beds so comfortable. Would visit again in a heart beat. Thanks Mark for being very attentive to our questions and allowing us to enjoy your beautiful house ☺️

We had a fabulous long weekend here. Right from the very friendly welcome from Simon when we arrived to a cheery goodbye. The house is beautiful. Very well maintained and an excellent standard. Total luxury. Very comfortable and we all felt at home. The views from the house are stunning and the hot tub was lovely with even better views than the house. Thank you Simon for being quick to respond ahead of the trip and for having such a beautiful home that we got to stay in. We hope to be back when we sign up for another Lake District running or swimming event.

We went for a short break and it was lovely! The house was perfect for chilling out after a long day. Kitchen had a lot of things we needed and plenty of things to do even in the home! Perfect location, both towns either side of us with lots of options to eat and all within walking distance too. We were so glad we were able to stay here and hoping to be back soon! Our week in this lovely apartment sped by too quickly! It was beautifully decorated with cosy lounges and chairs and very comfortable beds. The kitchen had more than we needed and all appliances were easy to use. The location was faultless - everywhere was so accessible from here! Pubs, cafes and restaurants were just across the road - where we headed after long hikes each day. We felt very sad to leave and look forward to returning one day soon 👍👋❤️

Just had a lovely long weekend staying at Willow View. It was a great base to explore from and so cosy to come back to at the end of the day to relax, so peaceful and in lovely surroundings. Apartment was exactly as described and was well equipped having everything that we needed. The bottle of fizz and dog treats were much appreciated. Would definitely recommend and I’m sure we will book to come back again.

A lovely modern apartment - it was clean and tidy with essentials (e.g hand soap, dishcloths, towels etc) as described. Beautiful view outside the living room/bedroom, perfect for sitting outside even if its raining since the table/chairs are sheltered. Fast wifi which was great. Communication with the host was great. The closest cafe is lovely too however if travelling without a car other restaurants are quite a walk or bus ride away (10-15 min drive). Lots of long walks nearby - we walked to ambleside via the hills and it was beautiful. One thing to note is the site is quite hilly but it's to be expected in the lakes. Would recommend 👍

Excellent all round, couldn't fault the accommodation and facilities. Top notch attention to detail. Ideal location, easy access to trams, buses etc. Easy walk into Cleveleys.

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. Very well equipped and great views of Ambleside from the living room and the Balcony. Bed was very comfortable. It was just a 5 minutes walk to shops and restaurants, but still away from the noise. Definitely recommended!

Blown away by how beautiful, peaceful, comfortable & unique this place is. Absolutely loved our stay- visited for Cartmel races and close by taxi to the centre of Cartmel. Comfy for 6 adults, loved the peaceful pretty grounds for a morning coffee and the fire in the living room for a relaxing evening. Couldn’t have wished for more! We will be back!!!!! A lovely break in Kirkby Lonsdale for half term. Great apartment with everything we needed and super clean.
