Blackwood "Treetops"

An almost entirely open plan house with a vast master bedroom upstairs and a bunk room downstairs, the house sleeps up to six, with a modern kitchen, wood fire, outside deck and large garden, set close by the Wombat State Forest. Suitable for children over five. Pet friendly. Blackwood 'Treetops' is also work friendly as the house has a large desk with landline and internet access. Due to the coronavirus, we are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations.

Our two bedroom villa is located on a block of 5 villas. It is situated approximately 10 minutes drive from Bacchus Marsh city centre. It is within 45 minutes from Daylesford, Ballarat and Geelong or the city of Melbourne. As you enter the front door and the main area of our unit, comfort and warmth radiates. Offering two bedrooms with queen size beds a third single fold out bed is available upon request. The bathroom offers a bath and separate shower and a spacious living and dining area.

"The Studio" is a spacious, peaceful and self-contained retreat with a large open plan dining/living space as well as two good-sized bedrooms with up to 5 beds available (3 Queen and 2 King singles), a bathroom with bath and shower, a separate powder room/toilet and a laundry cupboard. With a fully equipped kitchen, espresso machine, huge dining table, wi-fi, a 75 inch TV, two 3-seater sofas, books and DVD's.. Guests can enjoy a game of table tennis, a BBQ, or a bounce on the trampoline.

Relax in this private 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom guesthouse on our peaceful 15-acre property in Diggers Rest, Victoria. Fully self-contained with kitchen, lounge, dining, and laundry. "The Hut" is in a convenient location close to Geelong, Ballarat/Sovereign Hill and Daylesford. It will take approx. 40 minutes scenic drive through beautiful countryside to get to those places. A unique country retreat to relax and unwind. Experience this fully renovated old galvanised iron hay shed that is fully self contained with a large rustic outdoor entertainment area that has an open fireplace and outdoor fire pit.

Casa Rosita is close to great views, restaurants and dining, and family-friendly activities. You’ll love the outdoors space away from traffic noise, yet handy to 3 towns in the area. The nursery directly opposite has a café with good coffee and cakes. There's plenty of wood for the open fire and the hydronic system, which heats the whole place during winter.
