Family-friendly vacation rentals in Bacchus Marsh

Loved my stay. Perfect for purpose little idyllic spot. I’m a fan of tiny homes and this is a very similar size accomodation. The bed was really comfy and the bedding was pristine. Kitchen is a little dated but completely functional and Jennine has thought of everything her guests may need. The bathroom is beautiful and modern with decent water pressure allowing for a nice shot shower. The bath and the garden were amazing. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to use the bath as I had a lot of work to do during my stay. I did feel a little vulnerable sleeping beneath that huge Manna Gum tree but I did know that was going to be the case prior to my booking. But I could never have predicted the spectacular storm and power cut and sleeping under that tree! I must admin to being a bit worried about it. Jennine was proactive, and she messaged me where to find emergency candles. Couldn’t have asked for a more accomodating owner. Very happy I chose this peaceful place. Thank you Jennine.

Wonderful experience. From first communication to the last, Henfry was friendly, courteous and proactive. Directions for parking and accessing the unit were clear and easy. The unit itself was clean, well stocked and comfortable. Lovely views with good wifi. Good heating for a cold few days! Beds were comfortable and the tram (free tram zone) was just outside the front door making the CBD easily accessible. Great place to stay! Highly recommended

Vintage Melbourne available at a great price! The location is excellent. Within walking distance to all St. Kilda has to offer as well as easy access to public transportation. Parking was always available in front of the house but the option for a private spot is included. Great value!

Anne was extremely helpful and friendly. She made us feel right at home especially after a long flight from the UK. She met us at the apartment and showing us round the property and giving us great tips on the surrounding area. Anne was always very responsive during our stay and was a great help in ensuring my son found longer term accommodation for his new job in Melbourne. The apartment was nicely located for trams into the CBD and a 5 minute walk to the beach!!! I cannot thank Anne enough not only allowing us to use her property but for all the advice and help. Would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was beautiful, very peaceful and quiet while also being close to transport and shops/restaurants. We really enjoyed the fireplace and spa tub. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Naomi was a great host and communicator.

Lady Marmalade has quickly become a favourite for our annual girls trip. It’s cozy, close to the shops and a beautiful house. We look forward to our visit every year. James is a great host and very friendly and responsive.

Absolutely loved my time (4 nights) at Cardigan st. Comfy couches, glorious shower, wonderful location and everything you need. Really appreciated the flexibility Traci gave me around bed choice (based on my bad back.)

Fabulous location surrounded by great cafes, restaurants and an easy walk to Gertrude and Smith Streets. This is not my first stay at Keoma and it won’t be my last. It’s a great spot for a family to hangout while exploring Melbourne, especially if you love walking the streets and soaking up the atmosphere. The accommodation is clean and spacious, hosts are responsive and the heating in each of the rooms meant we stayed warm over a wet and cold weekend. The hosts respond quickly to questions and requests. We will definitely be back.

Amanda's place in Carlton is in a great location, handy to public transport, shops and great eating spots and lots of them! The apartment is lovely. Very comfortable beds and couch in lounge. Light and spacious feeling. Great bathrooms, lots of hot water and very clean. The TV was easy to use and Amanda's instructions always clear and easy to follow. Secure car park was a bonus. We loved out stay . One thing only we managed fine but could have done with another blanket each. There is a wonderful heater , we preferred not to use it at night though. All up a fantastic experience. Thanks Amanda.

We loved staying at duck tree lodge, a perfect base for exploring Woodend and beyond! House had everything we could have asked for and was super cosy. The hosts were terrific and very helpful! The kids loved it!

Extremely comfortable apartment in a great location, just a short stroll to town and all the shops/pubs/cafes. We stayed during the Kings Birthday weekend which was cold and wet and absolutely loved the fire and how cosy it was! Would definitely recommend and will be back!

Sandy and Clive’s place was easy to find & access - a very welcoming, private, peaceful place. We loved having a place to charge our plug-in EV car too. We chose it because of its close proximity to the National Celtic Festival in Port Arlington, & it was at a decent price point for us! A very cosy, cute one room space - but with everything we needed. Including an ensuite with a great shower. Bed was very comfortable & we slept well! The aircon unit was also the heater - which was a bit noisy , so we didn’t run it at night. Perhaps a small radiator would be handy in winter? But there were plenty of blankets & an electric blanket to warm up the bed before we got in, which was lovely, we were snugly warm in bed. Kitchenette was cute too & there were a few porridge satchels for brekkie. We didn’t get to try the vibrosauna, but we’d book Sandy & Clive’s place again if we go to the festival next year & maybe we’d get to try the vibrosaun then! Thanks again. Perfect winter escape!

Chris' place was everything you need for a short stay in Geelong. The house was clean and the backyard is big enough for your pet! The kitchen was modern and had everything you need to cook. We wouldn't hesitate to book with Chris as she was a lovely host and always made sure we had everything we needed :)

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! Simon and Ru are amazing hosts-were very friendly and helpful!The place felt very homely and comfortable, making it easy to settle in. It was incredibly well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The neighborhood was lovely—quiet, safe, and convenient for exploring the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely choose to stay again on our next visit. Highly recommended!

Wonderful place to stay and would highly recommend to anyone. Clean and spacious, comfy beds and the host really has thought of everything! Nice walk to cafes, parks, trams and buses. Not too long into the city and surrounding attractions. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

Julie has put a lot of thought and attention to detail into this listing. The must stocked kitchen I've ever seen in an airbnb, ample kids toys, beautiful bathrooms. The tram was right outside our door, which did have a little noise, however, it is quieter in the bedrooms. The beds were lovely and soft and the rooms were all a lot larger than I had anticipated. A very nice stay in Melbourne for our family, it felt like home. Our 3 year old also enjoyed swimming in the pool after a day out exploring.

Wow! Location, location, location, and views forever! Everything in Melbourne is right at your doorstep. The views from the apartment are just amazing, and floor to ceiling windows ensure you can take full advantage of the views and the position. There is a supermarket, liquor store, an amazing food court, and shops just downstairs. Trams are just across the street. So convenient. Sam is an amazing host. Nothing was too much trouble, and he responded to our queries almost immediately. I can recommend Sam’s apartment to anyone who visits Melbourne. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a great stay. Quite a large lounge area with a fantastic view and bedrooms with great city views as well. Apartment is close to everything, secure, clean and comfortable. Very convenient location if you are coming to Melbourne for French Impressionists Exhibition at NGV. Would definitely book again next time we want to stay in Melbourne for an event or weekend away. Next time hopefully we will find time to use the pool.

This was such great experience for my friend who stayed here wjo came.from oversease and as her first experience at Air bnb accomodation. The host, Anne was very prompt, lovely and responsive every single requeat we asked for. The neighbourhood vibe was great. My friend said that she would definitely come back with her family in future. I, myself who reseved the place for my friend was more pleased that I made a right choice for her. I as a neighbour and am familiar with the area, will also absolutely recommend anyone who wants to stay in Melbourne. The heating rack in the bathroom was brilliant in this cold weather. The two cats were also very entertaining. In overall, everything was superb.
