Walk out your door to the Belmar Marina area, which hosts mini golf, fishing charter boats, kayak/paddleboard rentals & waterside dining. The backyard has a patio, grill, outdoor shower, and large driveway with plenty of parking (rare for Belmar!). In addition to the wraparound covered porch facing the water, the home's best feature is the very large open floor plan which combines the kitchen, living room, and dining area. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and another room on the first floor which can also be used as a bedroom. Close to Main Street, Belmar train station, Garden State Parkway, and Asbury Park. The home also includes our infamous giant-sized adirondack chair!

Quaint little cottage behind our shore house. All you need to enjoy the Jersey Shore. Our house is four houses from the beach and less than a mile’s walk or drive to the bars, restaurants, and rides. We’ve been renting on Airbnb since summer 2017, but we are no strangers to renters. We've been renting our cottage for the past 20 years & mostly rent June-August. Wake up and smell the ocean! My place is great for families or friends vacationing together. The apartment was recently renovated, and comes with its own private entrance in the rear of the house. Street parking is scarce here, but you have TWO spaces in the private lot! The location is perfect, its a two block walk from the beach, boardwalk, and Convention Hall and just under a mile to Cookman Avenue! I've lived in Asbury Park for 10 years and I love it - I'm sure you will too.

you will have this private, quiet guesthouse all to yourself ..14' ceilings and a 25'x10' balcony to sun on....it comes with 2 free beach passes, and a beach cart with 2 chairs and umbrella......you may have stayed in my front house with the peace sign, now, I am offering my rear guesthouse, originally built in the 1800's as a barn, this redesigned building with 14' ceilings was completely rebuilt in 2003 just 4 blocks from the beach.
