David's home was beautiful and provided great views of the beach. The home was clean and cozy with enough space for us all.

We had a great time saying at BeachDaze! it matched the photos exactly and was beautifully decorated. Traveling with two kids; there was so much for them to enjoy! I would highly recommend!

I communicated with Brian and Kevin, the new host, and everything went smoothly from booking to check-out. We spent a bachelorette weekend here off season and loved the place. The location is private yet just a few minutes from the beach boardwalk and bayside. There is a 7/11 and bagel place around the corner. The house itself is charming and is suitable for short- or long-term stay. Thank you very much!

A true 5-star property and host. An amazing house in a beautiful area surrounded by water with access to a private beach. The house has been recently remodeled with a private king-size bedroom/bath. A second king size bed and 2 other bedrooms. The open kitchen and sun room are perfect places for a family to hang out and have meals. The amazing deck has a beautiful heated swimming pool, hot tub, kayaks and access to the waterway that runs through the neighborhood. The house has multiple tv’s including one on the deck outside. The house is in a lovely section of Mantoloking not far from restaurants and close to Point Pleasant and Seaside Heights attractions and boardwalks. My multi-generational family of 6 had a wonderful time and appreciated Donovan’s quick responses and superb communication. He was a wonderful host and we would definitely want to return again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful week.

During the time our house was under construction, staying at Arielle Place was more than just a temporary solution—it truly felt like a home. From the moment we arrived, the warmth and hospitality made our family feel welcome and comfortable. She went out of their way to accommodate us, ensuring we had everything we needed during a time that could have otherwise been stressful. The atmosphere was inviting, and the house was just as describe and just what we needed! Whether it was the thoughtful amenities, the quiet and relaxing environment, or simply the kindness we experienced, Arielle Place provided a sense of stability when we needed it most. Looking back, we’re grateful for how seamless and welcoming our stay was. It wasn’t just a place to stay—it was a place where we felt truly cared for.

Janet was very responsive, readily communicating with me via email, phone, and text. She made extra accommodations for our big group, like being flexible with check in and check out times and offering extra sheets and towels. The best things about the place were: 3-5ft pool that is great for kids, hot tub, convenient shower by the pool, luxurious private elevator (great for my in-laws who are close to their 70s), roof top for alfresco dining, proximity to the beach (one short block), water/theme parks, and ice cream spots, and new-ish feel of the whole place (floors, walls, decor, etc). Much of the boardwalk and the theme park were shut down starting around Labor Day evening, and the beach was almost empty the next day (very peaceful). Overall, we had a great first time to Jersey Shore and highly recommend this place!

Juliann was a delightful host! She was very responsive and accommodating to all of our requests. This was a multi generational get away for my family and we had everything we needed. This home is a great hangout spot on the not so beach friendly days. Our group ranged from 3- 80 years old and everyone was well entertained. The proximity to the beach and all beach amenities provided through the rental, made it easy to come down for a whole week with fewer things. We hope to stay here again next year!! The house is well designed to accommodate 12 people. We celebrated thanksgiving together here and it was perfect to all be in one area of the house to enjoy dinner, games, and conversation. The balcony has ocean view and the beach is right there. It’s a wonderful house with a very responsive and friendly host. We all had a marvelous time and felt right at home.

Carol's place was fantastic and just a block from the beach. The kids loved the place and the heated pool was such a great benefit. The place was exactly as described and the perfect amount of space for our group. We had great memories at the house and will surely book again when back in New Jersey.

Sharone exceeded expectations from before arrival. She was an excellent communicator, and was willing to accommodate adjustments due to a change in my travel schedule. During my stay, I found the Condo to be a very clean and modern accommodation. From spare essential items, to a wireless phone charger (which I needed!), the host had everything that was needed. Located in Seaside Park, two beach badges were included complimentary, and there was no noise from the boardwalk. While I was mainly working on my laptop as a staycation, wonderful restaurants are within a short walking distance. The host, Sharone would be more knowledgeable on this, and I recommend this host, and this accommodation.

What a great place to stay. Steven and his wife are very thoughtful people and me and my husband had a great stay. We def will be going back. It was in a quiet part of seaside with plenty of parking. We stayed in Monmouth for the weekend, rosemary and Kevin’s cottage was comfy and close to everything! Definitely a spot for a couple or individual. Would stay again!

Had an awesome stay! The place was super clean and right on the ocean. We couldn’t have asked for more! Paul was very responsive when we had any questions, and we loved all the little touches in the apartment that gave it that coastal luxury vibe. We will definitely be back!

The place was perfect for our weekend visit to the beach. It was squeaky clean with sufficient lighting and electrical outlets. There’s a Keurig coffee maker, coffee pods, as well as bathroom amenities. The bed was comfortable and had lots of pillows. It’s a short walk to the boardwalk yet a very quiet and serene location. Also, you have a private parking space. I highly recommend it!

This is truly a gem! The unit was spacious and clean, and the backyard oasis leading to the shore was beautiful. Ron was a great host, communication was easy and he went above and beyond to make our stay special! We would love to visit again.

Perfect location for a quick get away and so thrilled we could bring our furry loved ones. Eoin was kind and prompt with communication. The location is walking distance to all you could need. It was a quiet and peaceful few days.

We had a wonderful weekend at this apartment. It offers everything you could need on site. The oven operates very well. Sheets and towels are supplied. Although the beach isn't large, it's quite enjoyable to sit there in the morning to observe the kite surfers or in the evening to admire the stars. Highlands is a lovely little village with scenic walks at Sandy Hook or Hartshorne Woods Park. It was easy to get in touch with Rob, who consistently responded quickly to our messages. We look forward to coming back!

My husband and I stayed here with our two kids for four nights, and we had the best time. The location was perfect, close to the beach and local restaurants, but on a quiet street. The house was very clean and tastefully decorated. Elana and Andy provided us with beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, and passes to the local beach. We had a couple chilly evenings and the fire pit kept us warm and was perfect for roasting marshmallows. This is a great house for a family beach vacation.

We had a fantastic stay in Seabrite! The home is as described—clean, comfortable inside with nice backyard patio and 2 front porches. The house is full of thoughtful touches and has EVERYTHING you need for a summer or winter get away. The location is perfect, close to the beach and right in the center of town Once the car is parked you can put away the keys until its time to leave. Check-in was a breeze. The host David is communicative and kind throughout the entire stay. We love this house and highly recommend it to others. Already booked for next year.

This was a beautiful Airbnb. Just like the photos. A very short walk to the beach (30 second walk from the house), close to everything, and the entry to the beach walked right onto the playground which was great with our kids. The host was very responsive and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again. Felt right at home!
