House vacation rentals in Avon-by-the-Sea

George & Liz’s place was exactly how they described it. It was in a quiet neighborhood close to area restaurants and the beach. We had many options for meals and the grocery store was also very close. The house is really cute and having an additional bathroom was helpful. The five of us had our own space. We enjoyed the pool and we even took a bike ride on the bikes in the shed. We really enjoyed our stay in Neptune! The hosts gave us great suggestions for nightlife and activities. They even left a nice birthday Neptune City tote for me, as I was there celebrating my birthday. This girls trip was just what we needed with comfortable accommodations.

We had a lovely stay near family at this upscale home with terrific amenities. Mike was communicative and the amenities top notch — something for everyone in our family to relax and enjoy plus plenty of space in the well-appointed house. Quiet neighborhood just 20 minutes from the shore, and the pool made for great family time as well.

Had a wonderful girl's weekend at the 'Retreat.' The house was very comfortable and the layout was conducive for cooking, eating and hanging out. The beds were comfy too! The backyard is amazing and we wished the weather was more cooperative for outdoor time. Communication with Ann and Mike was extremely easy and timely. We would definitely stay here again. Vallyn was so responsive and helpful with everything we needed. It is a very large place with PLENTY of glasses, silverware, plates, etc (which is not always the case in these larger homes). The house is on the older side, so some of the handles are loose while some doors stick - but it was perfect for our needs and we had a great stay - would recommend.

Great experience all around ! I would consider renting this spot again , fell in love with the house and the host was great! So spacious! Anything that we forgot , the house had it , it was above and beyond equipped ! Great location ! Friendly neighbors ! Perfect for hosting an intimate gathering !

Our stay at George’s was exactly what we were hoping for! The pool and yard gave us the space we needed to enjoy a bachelorette weekend. There were plenty of beds and space to relax within the home as well. Would definitely come back!

This is the 2nd year we've stayed here while visiting family at Thanksgiving. We enjoy being able to walk to restaurants and shops. The house is clean and we appreciate that the linens are provided.

My friends and I stayed here from a Monday to a Friday. Although there wasn’t much to do due to inconvenient weather and the time of our stay being so early in the season, we had a fantastic time. Carlos, and especially Jorge were excellent hosts, and they were understanding, and friendly. I am very happy that we rented from these owners. The house was beautiful, spacious, and spotless. The only downsides to the house were the small yard, the somewhat frequent noise of the trains passing by behind the house, and the minimal counter space. The kitchen is not one for cooking. Overall, we loved our experience here and we would definitely rent again

Alicia was very helpful and you couldn’t beat this location. Right near the ocean and the home was as advertised. The kitchen and bathrooms were also beautiful. Highly recommend staying here!

It is a great place to stay, close to many restaurants and not too far from the beach. Extremely clean. Beds were comfortable. The garage entertainment area looked like a fun place to hang out, however we never really got to enjoy that area as we were constantly on the move. I'd definitely stay at this residence again.

We love it here! This was our third stay at Surf Village and it did not disappoint. Perfect for families looking for a relaxing week at the beach. We will be back!

What a warm welcome, this is truly home away from home. We really enjoyed our stay at Biff's beach home. Steps away from a beautiful walk around Lake Como or Belmar Beach, with excellent food and entertainment nearby. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The home is everything you need to cook good meals, sleep comfortably (you can hear the ocean waves while sitting on the front porch!) and even work remotely, as we did. We plan on returning to this excellent location in Belmar!

The place itself was lovely (clean, well-quipped, nicely decorated) and MacKenzie was helpful and friendly. Her instructions were so clear and comprehensive that everything was a breeze; we were always sure of our responsibilities, which helped us feel really comfortable during our stay. We particularly appreciated the amenities and local recommendations provided. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This is our third or fourth time staying at Donna's. The space is perfect for our needs, a block from the beach and serene back patio. If this house wasn't always booked we would stay more often! We will absolutely be back!!!

We rented over Christmas to be near our family for the holiday. Upon check in there was the issue of a frozen pipe, but the hosts were very accommodating and set us up in the main house. Extremely clean, warm, and welcoming it made for the perfect holiday away from our home. My husband was able to whip up desserts in the kitchen for us to bring to family, the backyard was spacious and for our dogs to run and play, and my young daughter felt right at home as did the rest of us. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We would be back again in a heartbeat and highly recommended!

Nita's Airbnb was fantastic! The place was super clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Plus, Nita was an amazing host—so friendly and helpful. I would totally recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Great place to stay for a few nights. While not located directly in neighborhood of Asbury’s restaurants it’s a more than doable walk and short car ride. The house is comfy, clean, cozy, and advertised.

Patty was a great host! She was having issues with AC a couple of days before I was to arrive and reached out to me to let me know she was on it, and would be doing what she could to make our stay close comfortable, and she did. She also checked in to make sure it was working. The house was very clean and comfortable. I brought a team of employees for an event and we all enjoyed the back deck and yard. Highly recommend!

Sal’s place was great and the perfect choice for our escape from the city. Located in a great spot close to the beach and Asbury Park for additional things to do. Clean, easy to check in, and Sal is extremely helpful and communicative.

The house is lovely and within walking distance to the beach, train station, and downtown. Benjamin was pleasant to work with and always quick to respond to our questions or one step ahead in the process.

Our stay was wonderful even for the short time we were visiting! An easy walk to the beach, local restaurants in Ocean Grove, and even the boardwalk. It’s the perfect little getaway for two!
