We had a great time in this well-located place close to everything and which fully matches the description. Very well maintained exterior with its pleasant pool. Jean-Pierre is welcoming and discreet, I recommend it without so much as a second thought.

Functional and very well-equipped apartment close to the center of Arcachon and the beaches. True to the description, it quickly feels like home. Ideal for a short stay of a few days! Independent check-in and check-out with directions and help from the host who is very responsive and friendly! Good communication and attentive throughout the stay. Despite the heat, the room remains cool provided you close the door and shutters. Beware of the parking space included with the accommodation that cannot accommodate a vehicle that is too large, especially if cars are parked next to it.

Always the same feeling about Snezhana's responsiveness, the smile, we feel that we don't bother her with our questions. Clean apartment in a good location with all the amenities around the corner. We will come again soon Jacky

Adored the property and the attention to every detail..its extremely comfortable both inside and out. The area is extremely peaceful and a lovely walk across the park (with lift) to reach town centre/beach and ferry for Cap Ferret. Plenty of local restaurants and lovely daily market to buy fresh food. Parc ornithologique is a lovely area to visit and Dunes are astonishing..despite being busy every day there was plenty of relaxation. Merci beaucoup.

We had an amazing weekend in this ideally located apartment if you want to discover Le Moulleau and take the boat to visit Cap Ferret. The terrace is very nice, the neighborhood is lively, in short, go there without a second thought!

Frankly great! We were hosted very well, Soraya is a really nice person and always available. We had a slight electrical problem that she was able to solve very quickly by always remaining available and attentive, as for the accommodation it really kept all its promises. I highly recommend it and thank you for everything Soraya!

Excellent family stay in a typical Cap Ferret hut. The location is ideal, a stone's throw from shops and with sand between your toes, the sunrises are magical! The house is very comfortable and fully equipped. The outdoor shower is a must. Thanks to Christel and Marie for this stay. We'll be back!

We are delighted with our stay at Julien's! In addition to being functional, the house allows everyone to have their privacy, with rooms far enough apart from each other arranged around the living room, very nice, bright and nicely furnished / decorated. The place is very quiet, the only "noise" heard was that of the ocean, behind the pine forest that borders the back of the property, a real delight! Julien is responsive and available for any necessary information. We would have liked to stay longer!

Super clean apartment. Nice location for oysters and other restaurants. Away from the noise of downtown Arcachon, but still close enough. Well equipped. Secure off street parking.

Wonderful place to stay Aiguillon. Surrounded by historic Victorian houses. Wonderful small village beside us with excellent restaurants - l’Aiguillon. Bikes for rent close by. Only problem for us older travellers was the tiny stairs to our bedroom which might suit younger more agile visitors. Great balcony with loungers to catch the afternoon sunshine. More peaceful than hectic Arcachon which was a short walk away. Enjoyed our stay.

Hyper-functional apartment with stunning views of the Arcachon basin. Nicolas was very welcoming, available, with lots of information on places to see around the basin and lots of humor. I recommend this apartment to those who want to enjoy the Arcachon basin.

Very nice apartment. Very clean. Comfortable. Quiet. At the foot of everything. The bike path passes in front of the building. In short, everything is more than perfect.

Evelyne's apartment is very nice and very comfortable. The location in the center is exceptional, with a view of the stream as a bonus. Well equipped for children. No complaints! We only stayed one night so it didn't impact our stay at all but the pool closes at 7 p.m. and was green when we arrived. Probably related to the heatwave...
