Condo vacation rentals in Assisi

If we could give six stars we would. we were on a flyby visist after visisting some friends near by. location was perfect for what we needed. The house was full equipment with everything our little family of 3 needed but also equipped with extra like breakfast ceral, biscuits, water (natural and mineral). The host really went above and beyond to ensure there guest had a wonderful stay. Extremely impressed.

The place is great and great getaway to relax. Will highly suggest!! The oil was great.

Staying with Monica was like being at home, the care and warmth that is inside the apartment reflects the owner. Nothing was missing inside the house and we felt very welcome. A special thank you from Cristian and Martina

Stefania’s place was beautiful and spotless. Our hosts were friendly and engaging. The beds were comfortable. Minor things to note: The showers are small and will leak onto the floor so use the small head. We learned to manage it and conserve the water. One of the beds is in the living room. The place was beautiful, the hosts were wonderful and the location made up for the small things that we didn’t expect. GREAT COFFEE AT THE HOUSE!!!!! We loved that! Thanks for taking such good care of us!

Excellent accommodation! I stayed 4 days and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It's just like the photos, it was spotless and in a quiet area but close to downtown. I was worried about the noise to rest because of the comments, but it didn't seem noisy at all. I would definitely come back!

Is wonderful location out of the busy centre. Be prepared to walk up a lot of hills and stairs to explore the city after you get off the elevators or take a taxi up and walk down!

We enjoyed this classic Italian apartment. It’s central location is superb, and we did not find it too noisy at night. The indoor temperature was surprisingly cool without AC (a benefit of a nice old stone building). We expected a basic kitchen from the photos - an espresso maker and electric kettle would have saved time in the morning. The gas stove (that must be lit) and Bialetti are not really suited for beginners. As with many places in Italy, we found the beds to be very firm. Overall, its charm contributed well to our lovely stay in Assisi. I would recommend this place!

Wonderful stay surrounded by nature and tranquility. The property is perfect for those looking for a little peace and wanting to disconnect from the daily hustle and bustle, surrounded by clean air and relaxing landscapes. Yuri is an extremely friendly, helpful and practical host: he made us feel immediately at ease. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend it to anyone looking to regenerate.

Great view of the valley, great swimming pool and Christian and his family are very nice!

This place was in a great location of town closer to entrance to the town and by the Basilica of San Francesco. The views from the top floor were great! The bedrooms were spacious. It was helpful to have a kitchen although we didn’t use it besides the fridge which was a good size. We knew the bathroom was small especially the shower when compared to what we were used to in the USA but it worked out and did the job. The unit is at the top floor of the building which has a couple flights of stairs to climb up but the views made it worth it and I think it was a bit quieter from being higher up too as the roads are busy during the day with cars driving by. We all slept well and weren’t bothered much by the cars in the evening as it is a bigger road for Assisi. We would definitely rent this place again. Remember to bring some euros for the travelers/visitors tax.

Absolutely loved my stay in Spello! The host gave me several recommendations for food and cafes which were amazing. Highly recommend staying here!

My sister and I absolutely loved Stefania’s gorgeous apartment! It’s a pretty, central location in the old historic walls of Spello…and so charming in every way! We’ve never had a stay where absolutely everything has been thought of, and so many lovely fresh supplies provided. Stefania supplied everything from sparkling water, fresh fruit, pastries and biscuits, coffee and tea…as well as cereal, juice and yoghurt! You could happily have breakfast in the apartment…the supplies were just SO generous! The bedrooms were both very spacious, with beautiful bed linens and furnishings throughout. Great Airconditioning, although it was barely needed with the cool temp in the apartment…and having a washing machine and drying area let us catch upon our travel washing. Stefania went to a lot of trouble to give us recommendations (and directions) for local bars and restaurants, and was just a fabulous host all around! We’ll definitely be back again!!

A big spacious apartment in a great location - easy short walk from the train station and a couple of minutes to the cathedral. Large supermarket practically opposite the front door. Didn’t interact much with the owner after check in - more because there was no need. Recommended.

very nice location... reachable in terms of the tourist towns Assisi, Perugia,Spello, Gubbio,Orvieto. we highly recommend it for those who want to spend a weekend in absolute tranquility not to mention the pool at your complete disposal. highly recommend for those who want to have a wonderful weekend Thank you again we will consider in case we want to come back.

The property was immaculate and beautifully furnished. A tranquil setting and a great base to explore the delights of Umbria. Rita was always quick to respond to any queries and recommended some super places to visit and eat!

We used Roberta’s place to explore the beautiful hill-top villages of Umbria & it was great to have such a comfortable apartment to come back to every day. Although you do need a car to maximise your trip, we did walk to the local winery & also caught the bus for a day trip to Perugia. The swimming pool was fantastic & we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. Roberta is a friendly & communicative host, yet very much respected our privacy as well.

We had an excellent stay with our son and my parents in Valentina's apartment. The welcome is impeccable, Valentina is very kind and attentive to give all the useful information to make your vacation as pleasant as possible. The apartment is very clean and with everything you need to cook. It has a large garden with a common pool. Indomma a paradisiacal place! We hope to be back soon! 100% recommended

Great views. We only stayed one night, but had the opportunity to enjoy the SPA, which is cozy and beautiful.

Rita was very welcoming! We do not speak Italian and Rita speaks very little English but she was so welcoming and the place was wonderful! She made sure we felt at home! Peaceful place to sleep and the view was wonderful! She also gave us a welcome basket with her olive oil from her farm! The price of the Airbnb is very reasonable, but she does charge a small fee if you use the ac/heater. We came at a perfect time of year and didn’t have to use it!

Place is huge for a family of 6. We enjoyed our stay. The host went out his way to help us find the place. Overall, it was a nice stay in your place.

We were very warmly welcomed by Simona and she was always available for questions and responded quickly to requests. Our apartment was perfect for us, the view over the tobacco field beautiful. Only the kitchen equipment could be optimized. For guests who like to cook, equipment knives, cutting board, roasting cell, etc. would not be bad. For excursion destinations by car, many beautiful places can be reached within 1 hour. We had a wonderful week!

My partner and I had a wedding in the local area and this location was perfect. The hosts were very accommodating and were even able to drive us where we needed to go for the weekend. We also asked if we could be picked up from the airport and we were accommodated for that too. Giovanni was very quick to respond to our messages during our stay and was very flexible with our check out time. It’s also worth mentioning that the apartment stays very cool so there’s no need to worry about having no air-con, a fan was provided and that was enough. The pool area is amazing and it is so tranquil, there are a lot of bugs in the area though so bring your bug spray! Overall, I would definitely recommend this apartment if you are visiting the area or have a wedding to attend at Terzo di Danciano.
