Condo vacation rentals in Assisi

If we could give six stars we would. we were on a flyby visist after visisting some friends near by. location was perfect for what we needed. The house was full equipment with everything our little family of 3 needed but also equipped with extra like breakfast ceral, biscuits, water (natural and mineral). The host really went above and beyond to ensure there guest had a wonderful stay. Extremely impressed.

The place is great and great getaway to relax. Will highly suggest!! The oil was great.

Stefania’s place was beautiful and spotless. Our hosts were friendly and engaging. The beds were comfortable. Minor things to note: The showers are small and will leak onto the floor so use the small head. We learned to manage it and conserve the water. One of the beds is in the living room. The place was beautiful, the hosts were wonderful and the location made up for the small things that we didn’t expect. GREAT COFFEE AT THE HOUSE!!!!! We loved that! Thanks for taking such good care of us!

Excelente alojamiento! me hospede 4 días y tuve todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. Es tal cual las fotos, estaba impecable y en una zona tranquila pero cerca del centro. Me preocupaba el ruido para descansar por los comentario, pero no me pareció para nada ruidoso. Sin dudas volvería!

Is wonderful location out of the busy centre. Be prepared to walk up a lot of hills and stairs to explore the city after you get off the elevators or take a taxi up and walk down!

We enjoyed this classic Italian apartment. It’s central location is superb, and we did not find it too noisy at night. The indoor temperature was surprisingly cool without AC (a benefit of a nice old stone building). We expected a basic kitchen from the photos - an espresso maker and electric kettle would have saved time in the morning. The gas stove (that must be lit) and Bialetti are not really suited for beginners. As with many places in Italy, we found the beds to be very firm. Overall, its charm contributed well to our lovely stay in Assisi. I would recommend this place!

Soggiorno meraviglioso immerso nella natura e nella tranquillità. La struttura è perfetta per chi cerca un po’ di pace e vuole staccare dalla frenesia quotidiana, circondato da aria pulita e paesaggi rilassanti. Yuri è un host estremamente cordiale, disponibile e pratico: ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio. Abbiamo trascorso dei giorni bellissimi e lo consigliamo vivamente a chiunque desideri rigenerarsi.

This place was in a great location of town closer to entrance to the town and by the Basilica of San Francesco. The views from the top floor were great! The bedrooms were spacious. It was helpful to have a kitchen although we didn’t use it besides the fridge which was a good size. We knew the bathroom was small especially the shower when compared to what we were used to in the USA but it worked out and did the job. The unit is at the top floor of the building which has a couple flights of stairs to climb up but the views made it worth it and I think it was a bit quieter from being higher up too as the roads are busy during the day with cars driving by. We all slept well and weren’t bothered much by the cars in the evening as it is a bigger road for Assisi. We would definitely rent this place again. Remember to bring some euros for the travelers/visitors tax.

Absolutely loved my stay in Spello! The host gave me several recommendations for food and cafes which were amazing. Highly recommend staying here!

My sister and I absolutely loved Stefania’s gorgeous apartment! It’s a pretty, central location in the old historic walls of Spello…and so charming in every way! We’ve never had a stay where absolutely everything has been thought of, and so many lovely fresh supplies provided. Stefania supplied everything from sparkling water, fresh fruit, pastries and biscuits, coffee and tea…as well as cereal, juice and yoghurt! You could happily have breakfast in the apartment…the supplies were just SO generous! The bedrooms were both very spacious, with beautiful bed linens and furnishings throughout. Great Airconditioning, although it was barely needed with the cool temp in the apartment…and having a washing machine and drying area let us catch upon our travel washing. Stefania went to a lot of trouble to give us recommendations (and directions) for local bars and restaurants, and was just a fabulous host all around! We’ll definitely be back again!!

A big spacious apartment in a great location - easy short walk from the train station and a couple of minutes to the cathedral. Large supermarket practically opposite the front door. Didn’t interact much with the owner after check in - more because there was no need. Recommended.

location molto carina... raggiungibile per quanto riguarda le località turistiche Assisi, Perugia,Spello, Gubbio,Orvieto. consigliamo vivamente per chi voglia passare un weekend in assoluta tranquillità per non dire poi della piscina a completa disposizione. consiglio vivamente per chi voglia passare uno splendido weekend Grazie ancora prenderemo in considerazione nel caso in cui volessimo ritornarci.

Rita’s lejlighed indeholdt alt det vi havde brug for . Flot indretning ,- skøn gårdhave med komfortable havemøbler . Fantastisk udsigt og solnedgang fra gårdhaven. Skøn pool. Borgo stille rolig kompleks med søde beboere,- der hjalp til, da vi havde brug for hjælp til bil. Byen Ficulle indeholdt flere gode restauranter og bar Tox god til aperitif . God og hurtig kommunikation med Rita .

We used Roberta’s place to explore the beautiful hill-top villages of Umbria & it was great to have such a comfortable apartment to come back to every day. Although you do need a car to maximise your trip, we did walk to the local winery & also caught the bus for a day trip to Perugia. The swimming pool was fantastic & we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. Roberta is a friendly & communicative host, yet very much respected our privacy as well.

Abbiamo passato un eccellente soggiorno con nostro figlio e i miei genitori nell'appartamento di Valentina. L'accoglienza è impeccabile, Valentina è molto gentile e attenta a dare tutte le informazioni utili per rendere la tua vacanza il più piacevole possibile.L'appartamento pulitissimo e con tutto il necessario per cucinare.Dispone di un grande giardino con piscina comune.. Indomma un posto paradisiaco! Speriamo tornare presto!Raccomandabile al 100%

Het was geweldig! Ilario is de perfecte gastheer, er zijn geweldige restaurants in de buurt en de omgeving is heerlijk rustig.

Oikein viihtyisä huoneisto kahdelle henkilölle. Maisema huoneiston ikkunasta ja terassilta on uskomattoman kaunis. Pihalla on myös suuri uima-allas, mutta harmiksemme olimme majoittumassa huhtikuun lopulla, niin allas ehti olla auki anoastaan yhden vuorokauden oleskelumme aikana (aukeaa vasta toukokuussa). Jos olet innokas ruuanlaittaja, niin on hyvä huomoida, että keittiössä on ruuanlaittoväleineitä aika rajoitetusti. Rita on kuitenkin erittäin auttavainen ja saimme paistinpannun käyttöömme heti kun sitä kysäisimme. Pihalla on myös viihtyisä grilliausalue yhteiskäytössä muiden majoittujien kanssa. Toivottavasti meillä on joskus mahdollisuus mennä uudestaan, jotta pääsisimme nauttimaan enemmän myös allasalueesta.

Appartamento grande, ben arredato e super accessoriato , immerso nella natura . Catia ed Aldo due super host, attenti ed amichevoli. Torneremo sicuramente.

Wir wurden überaus herzlich von Simona empfangen und für Fragen war sie immer erreichbar und hat schnell auf Wünsche reagiert. Unser Appartement war perfekt für uns, die Aussicht über das Tabakfeld wunderschön. Einzig die Küchenausstattung könnte man optimieren. Für Gäste, welche gerne kochen, wären Rüstmesser, Schneidebrett, Bratkellen etc. nicht schlecht. Für Ausflugsziele mit dem Auto, sind viele schöne Orte innerhalb 1 Std. erreichbar. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche!

My partner and I had a wedding in the local area and this location was perfect. The hosts were very accommodating and were even able to drive us where we needed to go for the weekend. We also asked if we could be picked up from the airport and we were accommodated for that too. Giovanni was very quick to respond to our messages during our stay and was very flexible with our check out time. It’s also worth mentioning that the apartment stays very cool so there’s no need to worry about having no air-con, a fan was provided and that was enough. The pool area is amazing and it is so tranquil, there are a lot of bugs in the area though so bring your bug spray! Overall, I would definitely recommend this apartment if you are visiting the area or have a wedding to attend at Terzo di Danciano.
