Very pleasant stay in François' beautiful villa, tastefully decorated, very well-equipped, with a superb quiet terrace and heated pool. I highly recommend it, ideal for a family stay where young and old have fun at will.

The accommodation is perfect for a stay as a couple. The beach is barely a 2-minute walk and shops are also a 5-minute walk. Great place to park the car and enjoy. Everything is as described with quality equipment. I would highly recommend it!

Very nice well-appointed studio with in particular the bathroom and toilet space arranged in such a way as to have privacy (quite rare in housing👍) the outdoor spaces are simply beautiful and I would say that I place the welcome among the best I have received... human, helpful, discreet and responsive at the same time... congratulations to both of you 🌞

A well-furnished studio, a very pleasant garden and a soothing sea view. Beach 1 min walk, Royan waterfront 15 min quiet walk. A great time in a cute and perfectly located accommodation.

Jean-Pierre is a very attentive host! Always smiling, even on the phone, and very welcoming and helpful! We enjoyed the accommodation which was as described and as pictured, but we were unable to enjoy the pool as much as we would have liked, which is very nice, well maintained and clean. It's close enough to everything, St Palais, Royan and Palmyre are just minutes from Jean-Pierre's. Thank you Jean-Pierre for your hospitality and kindness, we will recommend your accommodation! We had a great time with the family at Anthony's house. It is very well-equipped and the layout of the different rooms (sleeping area, dining area, etc.) allows you to share time together but also to have your own space! The village center is within walking distance (there are all the essential shops) and we rented bikes, which allowed us to visit the rest of the island on foot and go to the beach a few minutes by bike from the house. Finally, thank you to Justine from the concierge, who gave us a warm welcome on our arrival and was available despite our very early departure, not to mention her valuable advice on the good spots on the island!

A real feast for the eyes, and pure relaxation. The apartment has an extraordinary ocean view, and Faucillons Beach is a real paradise. The equipment is excellent, absolutely nothing is missing, and the comfort is total. There's even parking space available. Royan's activities are a few minutes' walk away, and walking on the seafront, or inside the city is very relaxing. Jacky was very present for all the necessary information, and the concierge team in charge was very efficient and very professional for check-in and check-out. I highly recommend it, with family, friends, or alone.

Very nice location, very well equipped and perfectly placed to enjoy the sea and the area. The terrace is lovely! Big plus, the provision of bicycles that allows you to take beautiful walks and use the car less! Elodie is very responsive to make sure the stay goes as smoothly as possible!

Jenifer's accommodation has been tastefully renovated. The amenities are as qualitative and numerous as a main house: hair dryer, washing machine, oven, kettle, in short everything is there. you can access the beach in 2 minutes by bike, 5 minutes on foot, happiness.

New accommodation, tastefully decorated, open to a peaceful patio that invites you to relax. Ideally located between the various beaches and a 25-minute walk to the iconic Royan market. Emmanuelle is available, warm and gives good advice.

This is truly a “hidden gem” of a place. The space is huge — much bigger than the photos suggest! — and wonderfully well equipped. We loved the skate bowl, pool table, and ping pong. The local area also has so much to do (surfing, walking, wine tasting) and we couldn’t recommend it highly enough. Overall, a terrific place to spend a summer holiday. We already want to come back and visit again!

The environment is very quiet no car in the alley. The environment is very typical of the area, we loved it. We're thinking about coming back, we loved it. I recommend this house.
