Vacation rentals with a patio in Arvada

My daughter, and I took a trip to Colorado for a week, and we stayed at Hannah and Travis’s. It was perfect for our liking! It was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Not to mention, it was conveniently close to Denver, and Old Town Arvada. I plan on taking more trips to the Denver area, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again! We LOVED Jon's place -- comfortable, clean and some really special touches (prisms in the window, fun hand-painted walls). Jon met us personally and introduced us to his dogs (very friendly). He checked in with us on how things were going as well. His instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The living area and bedrooms were spacious and we really liked the shower! The location was perfect for us -- near our Denver children's residences, but in a very quiet and nicely-tended neighborhood. We would come back in a heartbeat!

We enjoyed our stay at Jaimi’s place. Great neighborhood location with many restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Perfect location for our concert at the Broncos stadium. Jaimi was very responsive, directions were very clear and the accommodations were lovely and quiet. Great mattress!

This was the second time we have stayed in an Airbnb and it was nice to be able to meet the host. ( it was by coincidence) she was very friendly. The moment we walked in it felt like we were home. I enjoyed reading other people’s comments and seeing where they were from visiting Tamra’s home. would definitely recommend staying here

Amazing stay, cannot say enough good things about the space + Chris. Incredibly friendly and checked in on us multiple times. Even shared homemade cookies he baked the day prior- absolutely delicious. 10/10 and would recommend to anyone!

Perfect spot for a one night stay! We went to a concert at red rocks and stayed here for the night. It was great to have parking, and the motion sensor lights leading to the back of the house & basement were very helpful! The place is a bit dated but was clean and all we needed for the night.

Mish provided excellent service and reached out proactively both before check-in and a day after check-in to offer any help needed. It was easy to check-in, the place was clean. For the price and proximity to my destination, I would book it again.

Jennifer’s place was simply wonderful. Everything you would want in a rental that felt like home. Fabulous bed, great towels, comfortable furnishings. Clearly marked labels and instructions on what’s what and how things work. Well stocked with those little things you always discover you need when traveling. Attention to detail. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here with a group of ten family members to celebrate a graduation, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The house was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed—plenty of indoor and outdoor areas for relaxing and playing games together. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The location is ideal: close to grocery stores, restaurants, and shops, but without the hassle of heavy traffic. It’s also near great spots for outdoor recreation, which made it easy to enjoy nature and stay active. Everyone in our group truly enjoyed their stay. We had a wonderful visit and would absolutely come back again!

Orden helped us out more than we could’ve imagined! Our previous BnB had cancelled on us two weeks before our wedding. We found this stay and were worried due to us traveling with multiple animals as they were to be in our wedding. Orden accommodated our pets which took a huge weight off of our shoulders. The house is beautiful & well kept. The kitchen is completely labeled for guests to easily locate items. We will absolutely be staying here in the future! Thank you so much for your accommodations!

Had a great stay! Enjoyed the hot tub, pool table and theater in the basement! Plenty of space! Comfortable beds and nice linen with plenty of extra blankets and linens!

This was a beautiful stay with magazine worthy decor and a fantastic backyard. My family and I felt right at home.

This place is in a beautiful, safe location. The house is very clean and nicely decorated. It was stocked with everything you could need and the description is accurate. Emily is responsive, friendly, and helpful. We had a great stay!! This is a preference thing, but it is worth noting that the mattresses are very firm. They are clean and in great shape though!

We had a great stay at Lisa’s place. The home was beautiful and spotlessly clean. It had all the amenities we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and just a short drive to many restaurants. We stayed here to attend a concert at Red Rocks Amphitheater, and it was an easy drive. We even took a day to drive to Rocky Mountain National Park and found that Lisa’s place worked well for that too. Lisa was friendly and very responsive. We would definitely recommend her home for a stay in Denver or the surrounding areas.

Great spot for visiting Colorado! We loved the area and that it was close to a lot of the main attractions we wanted to visit. Super cozy spot definitely recommend.

A Gem, and exactly as stated …. nestled in the pines of Boulder, CO and hosted by a delightful, responsive couple this rental has everything you need. We spent 9 days in May and though it was cold outside, you wouldn’t know it because there is a very private hot tub and a fire pit that kept us toasty and warm. The kitchen checks every box, is fully stocked, drawers and cabinets are labeled, bed is comfortable, bathroom is clean and warm with an extra heater, grounds are pristine, lighted, and landscaped. Most importantly, EVERYTHING in the house works! Change your “this is a possibility” to “this is the one”… Each and every day was perfect!

Sarah’s place is perfect. It’s is so close to everything. Was able to walk easily to Union Station (15 Minutes), Coors Park, Diary block, LoDo and RiNo district. Grocery stores close by. We had an issue with the elevator code and Sarah responded immediately and resolved the issue. The patio is large and we loved having breakfast out there. Highly recommend this listing

Close to trails, restaurants, shops, and anything you would want to do in Boulder, this jewel was comfortable, spacious, and exactly as described. It offers a calm and restful place to stay with a reserved parking space. Exceptionally clean and crisp interior--lovely remodel. Stairs to second floor are steep but were no problem for us. Would stay here the next time we visit and will recommend to others.

Sonja was a friendly, responsive host. We went to a wedding in Thornton and this location was very close. It was very walkable. We enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and just as described.

great place to stay for a concert at red rocks, only about 10 minutes away from the park, safe and quite, within walking distance of a nice trail up to a nearby plateau, and Kelly was a responsive and accommodating host

Great place to stay for a Red Rocks show and near to great places to hike and cute towns like Morrison and Evergreen. Neighborhood is a little random with lots of cars parked in the streets, but there was 1 dedicated off street spot for this place. I appreciated not having a book of things to do when leaving! Was well stocked with everything except Kleenex and paper towel.

Caden’s apartment looks exactly like the listing. There’s lots to do in the area and the bed is super comfy! Would definitely recommend to others.

If you ever need a place to stay in Denver, you must stay at The Disco Den! Every inch of space here is carefully curated to send you back to a time when things were groovy and fun! There are disco balls, vintage glass, vintage furniture… even the colors scheme will take you back to the disco era! It is located in a quiet neighborhood blocks away from downtown Denver. We came to Denver for the Coldplay concert and this was THE perfect spot for us. Thank you to Mid Mod Mike for a wonderfully appointed space to stay during our visit.
