We had a really good time! The place was clean and as described. Marie was fantastic and really helped accomodate our stay. We definitely recommend this place.

Beautifully peaceful location and gardens. Olivia was incredibly thoughtful and the house was very welcoming. While there was just the two of us you could see how fantastic it would be for a bigger family or friends group. I highly recommend it as a wonderful place to relax.

Our extended family had a stay at Balala over the Anzac Day weekend. The house accommodated our extended family and fur friends with absolutely stunning surrounds. The off grid nature of the home was not a problem, we had plenty of water and power available. The farm manager Michael and Malissa were so lovely and helpful and we really enjoyed a tour of the communal grounds and appreciated the firewood stack. Uralla, Armidale and Tamworth are all easy day drives if you’re looking to explore the region. We will absolutely be back to the gorgeous setting. Thanks for having us!

We had an amazing stay at Tralee Cottage! The home was spotless, tastefully decorated, and stocked with thoughtful touches like fresh bread, spreads and chocolates. The location was perfect—close to the cbd and a park across the road. Our two dogs loved exploring the backyard and park. Communication was excellent, and Michelle went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Beds were comfy and fireplace was lovely! Home away from home! Thanks Michelle & Richard for a great stay!

Michael was very accomodating to our needs of a later checkout than originally planned. The place was private, peaceful and tidy. Michael was very responsive whenever I sent a message.

We had a wonderful stay at Ben’s place. Everything was in order and amenities such as bathroom soap, shampoo/conditioner as well as toilet paper was generous. The beds were comfortable and there was extra blankets and pillows if required. It was easy to walk into town and enjoyed dining at local cafes and restaurants. Happy to recommend to others. We really enjoyed our stay and would return to Ben’s accommodation if we were ever in Armidale again.

We had a wonderful weekend stay with our dog, Dorjee! The property was peaceful, clean, and exactly as described – perfect for a relaxing escape. Dorjee loved exploring and strolling around the beautiful property. We also really appreciated the lovely chat with Neal, Thank you for the warm hospitality.

We loved TwoDogsFolly Cottage, it reminded me of holidays long ago in a similar lodging but with much more updated and luxurious amenities. We especially appreciated the mowed pathway for walking our dogs around the paddocks…and the washing machine! The cottage was warm on our arrival, and we had everything we could possibly need for our three day stay. Thank you so much for a really relaxing break.

Burgess House is a beautiful house, full of character and also modern kitchen and bathroom. We loved the peaceful, quiet surroundings while also being in town. It’s a very comfortable house and we enjoyed our stay.

Marie was a great host. We had to book in last minute and she couldn't have been more helpful. The next day we had to extend our stay and Marie relocated us to a second cottage on the same grounds within a few hours. We were with our doggies and they were also made to feel very welcome! The house was lovely and we felt right at home! Marie was also very responsive with everything to do with the booking! Very highly recommend to anyone visiting Armidale.
