There is a short distance to the bus and shops, great hiking areas and beaches/swimming areas nearby. Hallway, kitchen, toilet and spacious living/dining room on the first floor. Two large bedrooms and newly renovated bathroom with washing machine and dryer on the 2nd floor. Children's bed is available + possibly extra mattresses for more guests. Older single-family home is rented. The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the jetty and Nidelva in Arendal. The house has good sun conditions and a large terrace with seating area and barbecue. The house is from 1970, but recently made light renovation in the bedrooms. One bedroom has a closet and a 120 cm bed, while the other bedroom also has a closet and a 150 cm bed. Bedding, sheets and towels included :) The house is under a large renovation, so the basement is closed off and the parking lot is not finished but can be used. Feel free to reach out.

Single-family home of 230 m2 in a quiet child-friendly residential area. Good sun conditions. Short drive to great swimming opportunities both in the sea, river (Nidelva) and fresh water. About 6-7 min drive to Arendal city center. There is a bus to the city every hour about 5 minutes walk from the residence. Trampoline is set up in the garden in the summer There is plenty of room for 2-3 families or a large family. Sleeps about 9/10 people, we have some mattresses that can be put on the floor in addition to the beds. Duvets and pillow for 12 persons.

The house is from 2001,architect designed and cladding. It is completely secluded, it is 200 m to the nearest neighbor and borders Raet National Park on Tromøya. Several beaches 5-10 min by car. It is 150 meters to the boat and swimming area from the house. The house is 5 minutes from the nearest shop and less than 20 minutes from Arendal (by car). There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 8 sleeping places (one bed is 1.20 m, extra mattress is also available). There are kitchen gardens and greenhouses that need to be watered, but they can also be harvested.

Here you can enjoy the stillness and tranquility and the wonderful views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities for renting a rowboat. Great hiking areas.

Vi leier ut vårt sørlandshus i idylliske og hisoriske Kolbjørnsvik. Pitoresk sørlandsidyll med flott utsikt mot Galtesund og Arendal. To minutters gange til ferjekaien, hvor den sjarmerende passasjerfergen "Kolbjørn" tar deg til/fra Arendal sentrum på få minutter flere ganger i timen. Fine bademuligheter i nærheten og kort vei til perler som Mærdø, Hove, Nidelva mm. Sjarmerende og skjermet terasse og hage med sol fra morgen til kveld. Perfekt for hygge på sene sommerkvelder.
