Big bedroom, sofa bed in the living room with extra soft mattresses. 55" smart TV in the livingroom. 5 minutes walk to the bus stop Holmen. the apartment is equipped with towels, bed linen, toilet paper, shower soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, cooking oil, salt and pepper etc! the walls are sound isolated, but if you open the window, you will hear the traffic from the road. A gem near the sea and beach on idyllic Flekkerøy! We are renting our apartment with possibility of 4 beds. There is a new house ( 2018 ) only 250 meters from a nearest swimming area. Fully equipped with kitchenware, WiFi, TV, gas grill and heated hot tub on the porch outside. Private front door. Perfect for a couple or small family. Tenants have a garden in front of the house, by the dorm. We use laundry bureau. Bed linen and towels are not included.

The Tovdalselva is a recognized salmon river, and large fish is taken both up and down the river.
