Idyll only 20 min walk from Arendal city center

Dreaming of a holiday where you can wake up in a good bed, in an old house; pick up strawberries from your own garden for lunch? Old house with rowboat just outside the living room window, large garden with kitchen garden, undisturbed with only a gravel road past that leads to private houses. Here you will find peace, but if you are missing something, it only takes 10 minutes to walk to the shopping center. Fishing and swimming opportunities in fresh water right by the house. 15 min walk to local buses, or express bus to Oslo/Stavanger. Only 20 min to walk to the center of Arendal.

Quiet, central, rural and child friendly apartment.

My place is close to the city center in rural surroundings, only a 7 minute drive. Public transportation every 30 minutes, good parking possibilities.. You will love my place because it is located in rural surroundings with very good hiking possibilities in Åsbieskogen which is a nature conservation area bordering the residence. The apartment is modern and the building was newly built in 2015. The neighborhood is quiet, well established and safe. My place is good for couples, travelers alone, and company travelers. Rental of car if needed.

Central 170 m2 apartment on the seashore of Grimstad.

Quite new, the killers, 170 sqm, right on the lake! Large private terrace. Good fishing conditions. Lots of windows facing the amazing sea view. Well equipped kitchen, two ovens. Good space, airy feel. 4 bedrooms, 1 sleeping alcove, 2.5 bathrooms. Few minutes walk into town. 20 min drive to Kristiansand Dyrepark. 2 Kayak, a motorboat with a steering wheel fits 3 people. Inside car parking space. Have your vacation in paradise with a relaxed atmosphere in Southern Sweden, really Sørlandsidyll!

A small house all to yourself

A relaxing vacation, or just a stop through. Here you have a very small house to yourself with space for up to 5 people. Houses stand as an annex on the plot where I live. Here you can use the outdoor area at the property. The surrounding area offers Fantastic hiking opportunities and short distance to the sea. Guests can access boat bikes, Kayaks and Sup boards for a small fee. 4 km to Kalvøysund Fort which is absolutely worth a visit. 1 hour drive to Åmli, where you can climb via ferrata.

Grimstad: Idyllic summer cottage, animals allowed

Cozy cabin at Landvikvannet with access to the archipelago via the famous Reddal Canal. Very good sun conditions, early morning to late evening. Very child-friendly space with a large terrace and large green areas around the cabin. Car road all the way up to the door. Inlaid water from well (drinking water from own cans). Animals are allowed. The cabin has an outhouse. Distances: 2 km to Kiwi and Coop, 5 km to Grimstad city centre, 25 min drive to Kristiansand Zoo.

The place consists of two cabins that can both house 6-7 people in each cabin. Total 6 double bedrooms. 100m private shoreline & jetty Large child-friendly lawn. Gazebo with stunning sea views. Parking right behind the cabin. Ideal for both kids and animals. No neighbors. One house is old, the other house is completely renovated in 2013. Both houses have their own kitchen and a bathroom. Idyllic cabin by the water with canoe and kayak.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

Nice apartment/loft at Bjorbekk, close to Arendal

A new apartment - cozy, modern and light. Located at Bjorbekk, only 4,5 km from the center of Arendal. Bus stop near by with plenty of connections every day. From the kitchen and bedroom window, you have a beautiful view of the river. Here you can also go for a swim (about a 2 min walk). Grimstad is also worth a visit, 17 km, and if you want to visit the zoo in Kristiansand, a 40 min drive will take you there.

The cabin is completely renovated in July 2018. It is located in Brårvikkilen, which is a harbour on Flosterøy, with a mixture of holiday homes and permanent residents. The plot is 1 acre and is high and airy, and has fantastic sun conditions. Good parking conditions, and 900 meters to the shop and marina. Located between Arendal and Tvedestrand, Kristiansand Zoo is 1 hour away.
