The main house has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms,while the annex has a sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom and loft that sleeps two. The house is located just near Hove and Spornes, where the Master of the Master of the Master is recorded. The area is a dream of a hiking area no matter the season, where you will find everything from gorgeous sandy beaches, swamps, pebble hiking trails in the island's beautiful forest area. The area offers a cafe, gourmet restaurant, bakery and concerts.

Short way down to the finest beaches Sørlandet has to offer Only 30 min drive to Dyreparken. 8 beds in 3 bedrooms and a loft living room with sofa bed. TV room with home cinema, large and well equipped kitchen, living and dining room, laundry room, 2 bathrooms and guest toilet. Three furnished balconies/porches for maximum use of summer. Parking for 2 cars. Playground on the outside of the house.

Sørlandsidyll in Kolbjørnsvik

Sørlandsidyll in Kolbjørnsvik only 3 minutes walk to the ferry that takes you directly to the city in 3 minutes. The annex is great for friends, couples, or family with kids. Right by the annex, you have your own patio perfect for barbecuing and socializing in the sun! Trampoline can be found in the garden. Idyllic Stølsvika is 3.7 km away (13 min by bike). Here you will find a volleyball court, kiosk and sandy beach with fantastic bathing conditions. Kristiansand Zoo is 40 minutes away by car.

We rent out our beautiful Sørland house on Hisøy. The property is located at the very end of Sandvigveien on Hisøy in Arendal. Peaceful end plot with good sun conditions. Southern idyll at its very best! The house has beautiful views and is idyllically located at the entrance to Arendal. You can take your morning bath from your own dock, or from the public bathing area in Lauvholla, a stone's throw away. The house can also be rented during Arendalsuka 2026 (week 33).

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

Enjoy our rowboat and two kayaks. Canals take you through to lakes and the ocean.

Large undisturbed and historic summer paradise with its own shoreline and its own jetty in Sømskilen. The property is called Lillenes and was Norway's first horticultural school established in the year 1880. Parts of the property are now located in the Raet National Park. Lillenes has been in our family since 1987 and is our holiday home during the summer months.
