Serviced apartment vacation rentals in Appalachian Mountains

Great location with easy access to lots of sight seeing,l being close to the ferry to old Quebec city. But we found it quite expensive for 2 people for one night. It’s a very cute little apartment, and a very nice touch to have cream in the fridge for our morning coffee. Clear check in & out instructions, however everything else in the guidebook was only in French so we were unable to learn about any local attractions etc with that.

The space was great for my weeklong stay. The kitchenette was well stocked with utensils, dishes, appliances and cookware. The bed and couch are both very comfortable, the entire suite was very clean. There is some sound coming in from above and the apartment next door, but that's to be expected when you share walls. The host was very friendly and welcoming. I would stay again.

Second time at this location and we enjoyed our stay very much.

What can I say, Norman’s Airbnb is the gold standard. He really thinks of everything (just your coffee options alone are great) for the rental. It is in the heart of my favorite neighborhood, with great places to eat, drink, and shop nearby. The subway is about a block away. The apartment was immaculate. Norman was a marvelous host and incredibly quick to communicate. We will be back. I can’t recommend this spot enough.

Better than I hoped for. Just right for my husband and me. We especially appreciated the large windows, hardwood floors, heavy doors, and updated finishes. Sweet surprise: The morning sun shines on the deck. Lovely coffee and quiet to welcome the beautiful day. Thank you, Michael! We’re already thinking about when we can return.

It was a pleasure staying there because it was quiet and in a beautiful setting. We loved the decor. I wish we had had time to play pool in the billiard room.

Lovely attached studio, comfortable bed, nice linens. Good WiFi. Easy location. We’d stay again if traveling to Charlottesville.

Colleen's place was a great find! The location was lively and had plenty to do. The inside was incredibly spacious and had all the amenities needed. It was decorated beautifully as well. Keep in mind you are in a downtown area that has a nightlife on the weekends. This is very very clear in the description and other reviews. Myself and the other guest are night owls so this was not an issue at all. Colleen provided white noise machines in the bedrooms as well, which was a great touch. Overall location/space was great, host was responsive and everything is clear in the manual provided by Colleen. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location. Easily walkable to many shops and restaurants. Very quiet, despite being on busy 12th south. Easy check in and access. Definitely worth the effort to book here.

We were in town to be close to the Red Mile. Easy 1 mile walk. Super clean, and I’m a clean freak!

Robert's place was beautiful, on a private street with a lovely garden. We loved the suite style accommodations. Robert was very friendly and responsive in communicating with us! Highly recommend—we would love to stay with Robert again on a future trip to Dedham.

Catherine’s place was wonderful! It was a perfect location for my little family during our weekend getaway. Catherine left great walkable recommendations for us to check out during our stay and her neighbor, Howie, was the sweetest! I wish there was an additional lock on the apartment door, but that was just a personal preference. The bathroom shutters would have been a little awkward had another couple or friend been staying with us, since you can hear everything going on in the bathroom, but since it was just our family, it wasn’t a big deal at all. Neither of those things were a big deal, just personal preferences of ours. All in all, we would absolutely stay there again and meeting Howie was such a sweet surprise too. Beautiful apartment, wonderful, walkable location, quiet, and very clean. Would definitely recommend!

I loved this place, from the kitchen there is a large window, where you can admire the river and the sunsets. The bedroom is located on the second floor with a window overlooking the river. This place is on the main street of Sainte-Flavie, 132. There is a lot of traffic during the day, but in the evening, nothing, so we can hear the sound of waves at sunset! There are several restaurants in this village and everything is within walking distance. There is a dike where we can walk. It's a house with 4 addresses. I was there in the middle of the week, I didn't have a neighbor, except 1 night, and I didn't hear anything. I loved my stay from June 1 to 5, 2025.

This was a nice quiet place to stay and the river in the back was a great place to relax and spend time.

The location was great for walking to the conference center and also to Broadway. The apartment had everything we needed for the weekend. The pool and SkyLounge were very nice. Check and check out was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again.

We had such a wonderful time, very close to the mountain. The place was cozy, and had everything we needed! Isabella was very responsive and very helpful. I would stay here again and would definitely recommend it to others.

Owner was extremely nice and accommodating!! The place was so comfortable and it was a great place for a get away! Felt safe and right at home!

We stayed for three weeks. It had the minimum for what a person needs to be comfortable. I really have no complaints other then the futon. A real couch would elevate this place. The neighbors were nice and it’s not to far from grocery stores. Over all worth the price.
