We can't adequately describe how romantic & carefree it feels to step aboard our sail boat. We purposely chose this marina location for the incredible seafood restaurant only steps from the boat. You must try their amazing SheCrab soup! Afterwards, snuggle up together on deck to watch the sunset turn the sky pink & purple. The marina atmosphere is simply magical & you'll love sleeping to the gentle sway of calm waters. Come enjoy a night aboard this amazingly cozy & romantic sail boat. ;)

Welcome aboard our cozy 29' sailboat "Clementine." You will love falling asleep to the gentle rocking of a boat and waking up to the sounds of seagulls while you sip your coffee on the deck. She is setup as a full time Airbnb in a slip at Reefpoint Marina which has amenities like a heated pool with two hot tubs, a ships store, laundry facilities, the delicious Reefpoint Brewhouse restaurant, and top notch shower facilities. Houseboat, river views, lots of outdoor decks

This Houseboat just got a brand new bathroom remodel, it has a double bed in the front, two twin beds in a cuddy area with only a 2 1/2 foot ceilings, the table and couch can also be beds. You cannot swim around the boats due to electrical hook up at the marina. There are extra showers in the shelter and rustic outdoor showers or guests. I rent kayaks and life jackets for $20 per. It’s a peaceful setting here and I rent houseboats, 2 campers, and a tiny house.
