Our property is located on a quiet residential street with a new playground and large grass area in the back yard. We are located just blocks from the Mississippi River where there are local concerts every Thursday at MC Crossings. You can also rent pontoon boats on the river through My Boat Club. We are very close to Elm Creek Park Reserve. You can access miles of street/mountain biking/ski trails right from this home. If you’re looking for fancy, we are not your jam. Homey and MN cozy.

WINTER, We have a circular driveway and a flat driveway. I do my own snow plowing. This is a lovely 640 square foot, mother in law apt on a 5 acres estate, It's very private, quiet and safe with a private entrance. The traffic is light and contact with people is non-existent. Four rooms with a Queen bedroom, A full size pull out sofa in the sitting room, a kitchenette with laundry facilities and a full bath with shower. We are 20 min from downtown Mpls. Off street parking.
