We are located just blocks from the Mississippi River where there are local concerts every Thursday at MC Crossings. You can also rent pontoon boats on the river through My Boat Club. We are very close to Elm Creek Park Reserve. You can access miles of street/mountain biking/ski trails right from this home. If you’re looking for fancy, we are not your jam. Homey and MN cozy.

A comfortable and skillfully crafted upper level apartment and 10 acres to roam, this loft has an open landing and private bedroom with queen size bed and heated bathroom floors. The back deck opens to a spiral staircase that overlooks the garden. Wooded paths to explore. Local lakes and water park are great places to pass the time as well as Downtown Anoka (antiquing and cafe's). All are only 15 minutes away!

5000sf house-13 acres of privacy-Abundant wildlife

The house is ~5000 square feet and is located on ~13 acres. The location is serene and quiet, with no nearby neighbors. The correct number of guests must be reflected in all bookings and inquiries. ALL guests must be registered. This includes temporary guests, such as friends or relatives stopping by. Parties and events are not allowed.

Located only 15 miles from downtown Minneapolis, it feels like you're up north. The property sits on the Mighty Mississippi River. You'll be staying in the walkout lower level of our home with two bedrooms, a full bathroom and a living area all privately yours. Guests are welcome to relax down at the waterfront out your back door.
