The cozy living atmosphere on a total of 126 m² and the additional highlight - the roof terrace on the garden side - quickly make you forget the missing elevator. Important note regarding sleeping arrangements: 1x double bed 160x200cm 1 x double bed 140 x 200 cm 1 x pull-out bed 160x200cm 1 x infant travel cot (2 emergency beds - no special sleep quality!)

Our small 60 m² apartment offers you everything you need from the interior - in addition to a great view of our local mountain, the Ötscher (1898 m), but also in the idyllic landscape of the Mostviertel. Through the windows, which open up to a direct view of the neighboring fields and forests… Our location is very quiet on the one hand, on the outskirts of Wieselburg-Land, on the other hand it is only 5 km to the Ybbs west highway entrance. The surroundings offer a varied program!

Lovely vacation apartment near Linz. We live very rurally, but only 9 km from the capital Linz. Our apartment is perfectly located for travelers, families with children (good excursion destinations), cyclists (Danube Cycle Path) and vacationers. With your own Airbnb access to the apartment, privacy is ensured. Local tax to be paid on site: €2.40/day adults. Children up to the age of 15 are free. A lot of emphasis has been placed on child-friendliness.

Your bed is in a light-flooded bedroom high above the rooftops of Linz. You wake up in the morning with the sun and can watch the stars from bed in the evening. The apartment is ideal for vacations, work or romantic days. A grocery store and a coffee house are right around the corner.

Book your stay and enjoy two cozy, beautifully decorated log cabins all to yourself, set on a private, fully enclosed property. A sauna and gym are available on request. From May to September, relax in the heated pool and soak up the sweeping views. Heading to the slopes? A shuttle to the Puchenstuben ski area (15 min away) is available for a small fee. Entspann dich in dieser besonderen und ruhigen Unterkunft. Das Hexenhaus befindet sich im Herzen des Wald4/teils. Du kannst gleich in den Rundwanderweg zum Lohnbachfall einsteigen. Mountainbike Strecken gibt es rundum genug. In der Nähe gibt es ein Waldbad und Naturbadeteiche. Ab 17:00 kann man im nahe gelegenen Kurhaus das Wellnessangebot nutzen. Im Winter ist es nicht weit zum Schifahren oder zu den Langlaufloipen.
