Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Albany

This space is an appartment, not a house. There are other tenants in the building. It was perfect for what we needed. There is a great view of the bay. The parking is difficult if you have a vehicle, but i imagine this is the case wherever you are in the city. The hosts are lovely and incredibly helpful. The location of the apartment seemed safe and we didn't have any issues.

We stayed in the upstairs unit which was bright & comfortably furnished. There is a cute outdoor space behind the house which is shared by guests in both units.

Awesome space in a very versatile area. Wish I could have stayed longer because it was a great base for all the things I was looking to do in the area. Will stay again.

Overall, I had a great stay at the cottage! In a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood (great for walking your dog). The cottage itself was spacious - loved the mini-split AC units and the small enclosed front yard. Highly recommend staying here while in the bay!

We had a very good time at Mel's place. The place was as per the listing. It's very close to the beach trails and also close to SF and SFO. Mel was very helpful, always replying back in minutes and answering our queries. Recommend her place for anyone looking to spend a nice peaceful weekend.

Naomi's place was great! They were very responsive and the space was beautiful and fit all 6 of us nicely.

I had a wonderful stay at Tracy's place - it was quiet, peaceful, and my girls (dogs) and I had a wonderful time at this home. We loved the yard and even enjoyed a day grilling in the yard with lovely views of the bay and city lights. While I did not need all of the space that was provided, it would be exceptional for two couples or a famility with children! I would certainly recommend staying at Tracy's for anyone wishing to visit Berkeley and I will certainly try to schedule another visit at this home for my next Berkely trip.

Andria’s place was great. Pictures do not do it justice .i have never seen a kitchen so equipped and high end appliances. The view is fabulous the yard is great the home is very comfortable and close to restaurants. Great sunsets.and very private and quiet. Never heard the traffic like others have noted.

Our stay at Lori and Mike’s place was absolutely fantastic, and Lori truly made it unforgettable. While Mike was away on a trip, Lori went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed—and more. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel so welcome. She was warm, thoughtful, and incredibly attentive without ever being overbearing. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her guests and takes pride in creating a comfortable, personalized experience. She checked in with us just enough to make sure we were all set and shared amazing local tips that really made our trip extra special. Her kindness, attention to detail, and friendly energy made all the difference. We couldn’t have asked for a better host. Thank you so much, Lori—you’re truly one of a kind!

We had an amazing stay at Casita Casita, the kids had so much fun in the pool and the kitchen was beautiful. On the last day, my six year old didn’t want to leave, she said she wished we could live there forever. It was super clean and when I did have a question, Courtney replied almost immediately. She was super great to work with, she sent us the house guide before our arrival and it included food recommendations. There was also a book printed guide which we actually referenced a lot! So that was helpful. The location is EXTREMELY walkable, we had fun walking to local shops and restaurants and the local park and bocci ball court.

Madis place was exactly as described and very spacious with comfy beds. We requested early check in, which Madi agreed to at a readonable cost. There are many apartments within the location and finiding out where the actual building was was a bit confusing but once we got to the apartment we were fine. We did not use the amenities listed. It was a short commute to Stanford so served us well for the graduation weekend.

Our family had the most incredible weekend at Gina's beautiful home! First of all, a HEATED POOL makes all the difference, huge plus! We loved spending time in the backyard with so many beautiful outdoor areas to hangout with family, including your own private dock with a kayak! We were a little bummed the outdoor firepit wasn't working because we loved being outside so much but maybe next time. We hope to come back soon! We loved the big wooden table and big cozy couch for all 8 of us to enjoy time eating meals and playing games together! It was super convenient to have the grocery store just 6 minutes down the road as well. She was also extremely accommodating which made the stay even better!

Had an excellent stay with our family. Will is one of the best airbnb hosts we have ever had and would stay again at this home or any other home he hosts without hesitation. The cactus home is luxurious and has amazing amenities like heated bathroom floors, great outdoor space with pool and hot tub, and a well equipped kitchen.

We enjoyed our stay so much. The deck and view were so beautiful. The home was spacious, clean and well stocked. The location was perfect for the places we wanted to visit and the neighborhood was quiet. We already want to go back!

Gorgeous setting, spacious, well appointed. Great space with views of redwoods throughout. Hosts were friendly and accommodating. They really thought of everything when setting up this place. The trails across the street are phenomenal, as are the neighborhood views. The village is a 5 min drive and one of my favorite little east bay pockets. We hope to return!

The hotel is very clean and looks exactly like the picture and the beddings are very comfortable. The surroundings are very safe.

Sweet and clean house, my girlfriend and I had a very cozy stay here, the backyard is feeling mellow, it was so nice to sit there and watch the sunset. By the way, there are books and music records (mostly jazz) about San Francisco. All in all, lovely place, would recommend!

Great stay. Wasn’t super conducive to working out of, but if you are visiting for vacation then it’s convenient and safe.

This place was everything it promised. So relaxing and close to town. We didn't want to leave. Lori was an excellent and responsive host. Can't wait to come again when we visit our family in Benecia!

This cottage is a little gem in a desirable part of the city. The upstairs sleeping loft is spacious and well laid out with plenty of closet and drawer space. We loved the thoughtful touches like high-quality coffee, a bottle of wine, extra sheets and towels, and attractive decor and books. Host Johnny was very responsive to our questions about the heating unit and fixed it right away. Not a problem for the physically agile, but guests should be aware that the outdoor side entrance is maybe 24 inches wide, and that the steep loft stairs are necessary to navigate to use the bathroom. Overall, a wonderful stay with a kind and thoughtful host!

We enjoyed our stay in the Rockridge Cottage. The cottage had everything we needed for our stay. Sam was friendly and responsive. The area is great and safe. Shops, restaurants, bakeries, and coffee wete close and walkable. The parking was ample in the area and we were always able to find nearby parking. I would definitely recommend this place and stay again.

Carmen and Sam were great hosts! Incredibly friendly and welcoming. They let us know about a farmer’s market on Sunday and Recommended a river if we liked the nature feel. Definitely recommend. Thank you again Carmen and Sam!

Cindy’s AirBnB in Berkeley was in a great location, quiet and with a beautiful view of the bay. The street it was on was narrow but parking was always available. The studio was spacious with a kitchen, fridge, cute mini toaster oven, and dining table. Cindy communicated well. We felt right at home and will certainly be back if available.

Wonderful space, amazing location, easy in and out. Hard to beat!
