This cute and cozy recently remodeled Studio Cottage is behind our home in a safe and walkable neighborhood, two blocks from public transportation (BART/bus). It is fully furnished including a comfortable double bed, full kitchen, walk-in shower and wifi. There is free street parking right out front. The cottage is located within walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops. 15 minute walk to North Berkeley BART. The main house is also rented via Airbnb- Quintessential Berkeley Home. Backyard is a shared space.
