Rachel has a beautiful home and you are sure to feel very comfortable there. She has great taste. Though the place seems out of the way, as soon as you start exploring, you’ll find it’s actually pretty central. The building is also gorgeous and we enjoyed going to the rooftop. Thank you Rachel

Great apartment, lovely building. One elevator was broken which was a bummer and the place was a bit dusty. Overall quite clean, super responsive host, amazing location and beautiful views from the roof. Would stay again.

Great spacious studio with a washer and dryer and lots of household items to get you started. A great amenity is the mosquito sheath covered patio which is great to sit out on without getting eating by mosquitos. The place is in a fully gated community which if you dont have a car is difficult to come and go from especially as the Tulum country club doesnt allow visitors who aren’t guests but if this isnt an issue for you this is a great very well Priced to stay In the area with restaurants and a mini mart great for getting supplies without having to leave the property. Caribbean visa were very easy to deal with and very responsive to any requests or questions during my stay.

Stay here! Carlos is immediately responsive and accommodating. The building is safe and the apt: squeaky clean, quiet and comfy with all the amenities + breathtaking views from the rooftop pool. Located in one of the nicest spots in Playa and completely accessible to everything by foot. Really great experience!

I have fallen in love with 38th street in Playa del Carmen. This was my first time staying on the street and it was amazing. Surrounded by the jungle, ocean view from the roof top pool, steps from 5th Avenue, and the beach in a block. There was nothing not to love. I can't wait to go back.

This place was breath taking, lots to do and if you are worried about transportation, don’t be you can literally walk to ATV, mopeds and bike rentals right across the street for about $40 a day depending on what you choose, we went to our excursions on our rentals. I recommend going to the beach club area for food. Gas stations are close as well as grocery stores, the actual property was amazing!!!!!!

Beautiful apartment, comfortable stay.

We stayed at Jen's cute apartment for two months and thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. It was ideal for two couples, with two good sized bedrooms, comfortable beds, ensuite bathrooms, a small but well equipped kitchen, plus a TV and air conditioning in every room. We often had our coffee on the patio and were excited to see monkeys and Kudamundi in the trees. We walked every day along the beaches, and snorkeled often in the lagoon. If we needed anything or had questions, we contacted Jen who responded right away. We agree with Jen's recommendation of having a car to enjoy the area more fully. Taxis are very expensive! However, we managed to get around using the Colectivos, (very inexpensive), which come along the highway frequently. There is a wading pool that is perfect for cooling off, comfortable loungers and umbrellas, plus a lovely shaded area to sit and read. Edgar, the manager, VERY kindly took us grocery shopping on our first day, and brought us back!! A memorable holiday.

Awesome! Definitely the best place you can find in Playa del Carmen, the apartment felt like being at home, it has absolutely everything, the apartment and the luxury facilities, the great amenities, Olivia was very attentive and very kind, walking to 5th Avenue was a great walk, it's about 12 minutes, I will definitely return! The best place in Playacar is here!

We just had a great stay. First of all, the place is peaceful and residential and it's really nice. The residence is beautiful, the accommodation is very beautiful too, not to mention the pool area which is not sufficiently highlighted in the listing because it is really superb. And the cherry on top is Frederico. Always available to answer our questions or help us! In short, we are delighted! If you come by car, there is no risk for her, if you come on foot it's great too. I highly recommend it

Look no further than this property. The unit itself is immaculate and the design/layout is beautiful. Monica’s staff did an outstanding job of accommodating us throughout the trip and went above and beyond for me and my crew! Looking forward to booking this Airbnb again! Absolutely incredible property. It still Has the feel of old Tulum. Oasis Yaaxlum is set in the lush jungle. Stunning property. Private. Quiet. Secluded. Incredible pool area. Wildlife everywhere. Stunning property. I highly recommend. Christophe and his team are incredible people. Caring, helpful, amazing recommendations. I would 100% stay here again. Great hosts make all the difference. They can provide everything you need from rentals to airport transfers. They even give 20 liters of filtered water. A rarity in Tulum. This could be one of my absolute favorite places in Tulum. We absolutely fell in love with this space, and Akumal. The jungle setting and view was stunning. We enjoyed walking across the street to the beach, playing in the waves and searching the tide pools for treasures and creatures. The kids loved the pool time, (all the pools). Casey thought of absolutely everything one would need to make a relaxing fun vacation with a well stocked and fully equipped condo. From beach chairs, and water socks, to snorkel gear. My personal favorite was the coffee bar and well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed making meals and grilling out in the common area while the kids enjoyed more pool time. Lastly, beds and linens. Absolute heaven. I’m going to be thinking about that bed for a long time. Thank you Casey for helping make our family vacation memorable and all your fantastic suggestions.

Great apartment in a nice condo complex. It’s worth noting that if you’re after beach time to note that Playa del Carmen and that coast gets a lot of seaweed from May thru August apparently, so be prepared for the smell and not using the sea much. The apartment is wonderful, well lit, very spacious and well equipped. The host is very responsive. The pool setup is great, added bonus having same shade over the pool. Staff at the complex are fantastic. Overall we enjoyed our stay here

We’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnbs, and this one was the best one yet—such a high value for a low price. Camille and Edir were phenomenal hosts; Edir especially met us in person a few times and was so amazing and gave above-and-beyond service. The apartment itself is incredibly beautiful, exactly as shown in the photos, but feels even more spacious than the photos. I was so impressed with the laundry service, daily housekeeping and beautiful pool right on the beach. This stay was an enormous value!!! Thank you Edir and Camille!!

Great stay! Only downside was there were only two shower towels and had issues with the AC kicking off during the day and in the middle of the night… Easy access to everything you want to do in Tulum!

Sonny was amazing from beginning to end, super friendly and incredibly responsive. The place looks exactly like the pictures, and has 24 hr security… who are super friendly and helpful as well. Loved that we were able to walk to nearby restaurants and convenience stores. Sonny had endless recommendations making our girls trip so much smoother. His transportation recommendation saved us everyday, the chef, the marachi band, the masseuse, all beautiful. Our experience was nothing less of amazing. Definitely recommended and would definitely book again.

A peaceful jungle retreat with all the essentials We had a lovely stay at this beautiful jungle home, surrounded by nature and wildlife – we saw plenty of iguanas during the day and even spotted a couple of scorpions and a small snake at night (to be expected given the location, but worth noting!). The house is compact but well-equipped with everything you need. Facilities are excellent, and the space was more than adequate for a comfortable stay. Despite some previous reviews, we did have hot water – the shower handle is just reversed, so turn it to “cold” for hot! There were a few power outages during our stay, which is fairly common in the area. One outage lasted several hours, so keep that in mind when stocking up the fridge. Our host was fantastic – super responsive and helpful throughout. That said, an information booklet covering things like the shower, local amenities, and how to manage during power cuts would have been really helpful and saved a few messages. The bed shee

Great stay, Elba and Nayeli are always attentive to resolve any unforeseen issues. I appreciate all the attention, highly recommended. Very safe, comfortable and the pools are excellent.

House was beautiful and super well laid out. Big new TV, comfy couch, and all the amenities. The place was clean, bathroom soaps and shower gels, and the fresh beds were amazing with soft covers and quality sheets. Area was new, secure, quiet and Jorge kept the yard and pool spotless. We used the clubhouse, pool and gym and it was great. The only surprise was that the beach was only accessible through the gate across a very busy highway. You had to pay to access it in the times laid out. It was not the “private quiet beach club” that was advertised. The Beach front was all private, with no other accessibility. Very commercial touristy beach.

From the moment we booked, the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure our safety and comfort throughout our stay. Their communication was clear and timely, always making sure we had all the necessary information before our arrival. I was especially impressed by how they helped me bring my vision for my best friend’s bachelorette celebration to life. From connecting me with the concierge service, “Local Bird,” to offering tips on how to set up decorations and even suggesting the perfect areas in the home for our in home group massages, and welcoming our private chef, they made every detail seamless. Every host I had the pleasure of dealing with was polite, incredibly kind, and eager to make our stay as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. Exceeded our expectations - casa piedra is beautiful and had everything we needed and more. Gorgeous inside and out. All rooms are large - it was hard to pick a favorite! The kitchen is huge and fully stocked. AC worked like a charm. Over and above concierge service - helped us with recommendations, reservations, groceries, and a million questions. The whole team was super responsive and patient. We are so grateful and can’t wait to come back!
