This amazing newly renovated spacious villa, in Risskov is the perfect location for family vacation. The house is 100 M from the Risskov forrest and very close (500 M) to the sea. The city center of Aarhus is only 3 km away. The house features a big kitchen with dining area, living room , office, four bed rooms, three toilets and two bathrooms. From the kitchen there is a nice view and an opening to the private garden with terrasses, lounge and a trampoline. This is the best place to stay :-)

Der er vaskemuligheder i lejligheden. Tæt på træning Tæt på supermarked. Kysthytten is located by East Jutlands most beautiful bathing beach, Saksild Strand (250m), 20 min. drive from Aarhus. A holiday home on 2 levels, 140 sqm for 7 persons and direct access to enclosed patio. From the upper floor there is a fantastic view to the east over the sea / west over fields. 150 meters to the nearest shopping during the summer period. In Odder, which is 5 km away, there is a large variety of shopping. The beach can be reached in only a few minutes walk. (300 m)

Der er en skøn sydvendt terrasse med solopvarmet udebruser og en fantastisk udsigt over marker. Lejligheden er 73 m3 med egen indgang fra gårdspladsen, hvor det er muligt at parkere. Lejligheden består af køkken-alrum og stue, badeværelse med bruger, soveværelse med dobbeltseng. I stuen er der mulighed for 2 ekstra sovepladser på sofaen.

Fantastisk beliggenhed og stort nyt moderne hus. Lige ud til vandet, indkøb og kultur. Perfekt til at samle familien eller til sommerferien i Danmark. Huset har 6 værelser, 3 badeværelser, 1 stor og rummelig stue med køkken og sofagruppe, bryggers og 1 mindre stue i hemsen. Der er 1 stor terrasse med udsigt over havet samt 4 mindre terrasser. Der er en stor gårdhave med overdækket terrasse samt gasgril til de sene aftentimer. Der er desuden en petanquebane og en trampolin til børn.

Boligen ligger i kuperet terræn velegnet til cykelture. Cykelløbet Rondevanborum hvert kører forbi huset hvert forår.

Cozy surroundings for a perfect night out. In this spacious guest suite you can enjoy the tranquility and each other's company. There is plenty of space to relax outside and inside. There is a separate entrance, a separate bathroom/toilet and a kitchen with crockery, electric kettle, single hob etc. Sofa bed of good quality. There is access to a pavilion with a barbecue and the option of a wilderness bath and outdoor shower (by agreement).
